Ordering

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been processed for shipment yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No — you're welcome to check out as a guest. If you'd like to track your orders more easily and unlock future perks, you can create a free account at any time during or after checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) through our secure checkout, powered by Shopify Payments. Depending on your device, you may also see fast checkout options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Is sales tax included in the price I see?

Displayed prices do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in line with US state tax requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping cost depends on the product — many items ship free, while others have a small shipping fee based on size and weight. You'll always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay, with nothing hidden.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days, though many of our products are eligible for faster delivery and typically arrive in just 3 to 5 business days. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and at checkout.

Why does delivery sometimes take longer than other online stores?

Many of our products are sourced through international fulfillment partners so we can offer better prices and a wider selection. This means shipping times are slightly longer than next-day delivery, but we keep you updated with tracking every step of the way.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package's journey.

My tracking says "delivered" but I don't have my package — what do I do?

This sometimes happens when a package is left in an unexpected spot, handed to a neighbor, or held at a local post office or building mailroom. Please check these places first. If you still can't locate it, contact us — please note that in delivered-but-not-received cases, we'll ask for a written non-delivery confirmation from your local postal carrier so we can investigate properly. Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, contact us within 21 days of delivery and we'll resolve it with a full refund or a free replacement. Because of how our fulfillment network works, we don't offer mail-back returns — see our full Return & Refund Policy for everything covered (and what isn't).

What information do you need to process a refund?

Just your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps us resolve your request quickly and fairly.

Can I return an item just because I changed my mind?

We're not able to accept returns for change-of-mind, sizing/color preference, or items ordered by mistake. We'd rather be upfront about this than make a promise we can't keep — please see our Return & Refund Policy for the full list of what's covered.
