Cancel Policy

You can cancel an order for a full refund until it has been processed for shipment.

How to cancel

Email support@upicko.com or call +1 (307) 888-9636 as soon as possible with your name, order number and the email used for the order.

Orders that have shipped

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can't be cancelled. Damaged, defective, incomplete or wrong items are covered by our Returns & refunds policy for 21 days after delivery.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method. Banks usually post refunds within 5–10 business days.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse delivery without contacting us first, shipping or handling costs may be deducted from your refund where the law allows.

When we may cancel an order

Upicko LLC may cancel an order because of payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, product unavailability, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel, we'll tell you promptly and refund any payment in full.
