    Love the product, leave NY floor clean and shiny. Un fortunately, I used to buy the refill in individual small bottles that fit directly the machine and discard the empty one, but now, I don’t have a bottle that fit in my machine. I WISH to find one, to continue using the machine. Where can I find the replacement bottle, please help.

    Did not come with a back drop. I bought a cheap $1 table cloth. Added pics to it. Used it as an 8′ wide photo area. It was perfect. It should come with 4 more extra clamps

    Product came with the mop. It is easy to use & leaves no build-up or floor residue! Has a light scent. The entire system is great but the cost of the pads can be high. They’re worth it tho. It provides vacuming first! Time saving for sure!

    I have had robot vacs for over 7 years now and always thought that plain water was not the best way to “clean” my hardwood floors. I say this producty from Shark and thought $10 was not a lot of investment to see if this would work better. I’m impressed – it cleans very good and leaves a nice lemon scent. I’m not sure if I will continue to use this product now that I know there are other liquids out there – but – so far, this one is on top of the list.
