   Love this eyeliner! It is definitely gel and so easy to use. It’s very black and better than any other eyeliner I’ve used in 20 years! The only thing is it runs out quickly after 20 times of usage whereas my other eyeliner will run out after 200+ times of usage. But that one is not as dark and easy to use! Will keep buying

   I love that it creates a very thin line. I don’t like big eyeliner lines. This pencil creates a very natural definition to my eyelashes without looking like I’m wearing eyeliner. It’s a very smooth/gliding application. It never runs and because it’s waterproof you’ll need to use make up remover when washing your face.

   I’ve only had this a few days but so far it has worked like I wanted. I have a difficult time keeping my eyeliner on as my eyes water a lot! So far this has stayed on.. now I don’t know much about the smudging as I don’t rub my eyes when I have my make up on but when I dab with my tissue the eyeliner is staying put. I will purchase again if it continues to perform like this.

   I am really happy with this eye liner. It is thick yet soft and glides easily during application. It smudges easy, but I apply it on the inner part of the eye lid and for that it is perfect. I used to love EL but Neutrogena won me over with this product.

   This works great for waterlines! Make sure to dab dry the waterline carefully with a q-tip for best results, especially in the corners of the eyes. It may start to crumble away due to natural tears by the end of the day but its bold shade stays consistent and it is largely smudge proof as long as you aren’t rubbing at it all the time.

   Their eye liner is the best I’ve ever had. It is soft on the eye, no smudges, waterproof, easy to handle! I’ve tried many many eye liners in my 50 years of life and this is the best one!!

   I absolutely love this!! I use it on the top of my eyelid. What I realized is that you have to let it “dry” b4 it’s smudge proof. It glides on easily just don’t roll too much of it out to make sure it doesn’t break. I have to use the oil make up remover to take it off.

   I’m always bummed when something gets discontinued but for once, the replacement is better! I really love this eyeliner. The only thing, one stick isn’t lasting as long (2 weeks as opposed to 4 weeks) but could just be I’ve been wearing eyeliner more often. I work from home so I don’t always wear makeup these days but if I have plans or am out and about, then I do. (And it is summer! Lol) I work out and my eyeballs literall sweat and this stuff does not run!

   I love this eyeliner! I’ve used way more expensive brands that weren’t nearly as good as this one. I like my liner really dark, and this goes on smoothly, can be built up into a thicker line if desired, and easily makes wings. Best of all, it stays where you put it. It’s awesome liner, especially for the price!

    I didn’t think I would ever find a replacement for my Avon Super Shock gel eyeliner, but, this one is great! I have a new favorite and it’s less expensive.
