   While in hot pursuit of a new waterproof mascara, I came across this beauty. A girl must have the basics in her arsenal and in my strong opinion, must be waterproof and stand up to the abuse we throw at them.Let’s be clear, I’m a crier and also have allergies that make my eyes itchy and watery. When my allergies act up I go to town rubbing my eyes till I look more like a raccoon rather than bright eyed and bushy tailed. This one stays put.I’ve tried many, and I mean many different brands of mascara. Why do I love this one and put my name out there saying it’s so wonderful? Because it just works great. It does as it says and stays put. Whether you blubber like me or still want to look cute even while sweating like a pig at the gym.I also really love the applicator brush. It doesn’t get all gummed up like those with fiber tipped wands. This one has a nice curve to get close, the side closest to the inner edge is short so your lashes get closer to the wand where the actual mascara is. Making it very easy to apply to very tiny lashes in the corners. On the outer edge are the longer bristles. They help to comb out any lashes that have stuck together without leaving you looking like a tarantula is attacking your eyes. You are left with well defined and separated lashes.While it stays put all day, it also washes off easily and doesn’t leave that crunchy, crumbly mess on your eyes.Overall, I truly love this product over many higher priced products.    I’ve tried all sorts of Mascara from MAC, Dior, Estée Lauder… ones with primers and fibers as well as faulsies.After moving to a small town and running out of my usual supply, I finally turned to the local drug store in desperation and stumbled upon this. This is by far the best and the low price is just a bonus!Pros:It’s easy to apply with great results- I do add several layers, but you can see from the picture the dramatic difference from my bare lashes – even without eyeliner (which I normally would always wear).There are no complicated steps or additional products needed.It doesn’t sting my eyes, run or flake. It’s relatively water proof – like if you were to cry, but it will come off in the shower and stick to your skin (I tend to rub my eyes) – which is easy to remove with a cream or oil.Cons… I really can’t think of any – especially for the price! Especially here on Amazon, it’s practically two for the price of one at Safeway or Rite Aid…After twenty some years of makeup, this is honestly my favorite yet!Update: Every few months I think this isn’t as good as I though… inevitability, this just means that it is getting too old and it’s time for a new tube! And, what do you know. It’s totally great again!

   I like this product because it doesn’t irritate my eyes. Many other eyelash boosting serums, including Latisse, which I’ve tried have caused redness to my eyes and eyelids. This product is gentle and works. I hope it stays available!!!!

   I naturally have eyelashes that go straight down. There is absolutely no curl to them whatsoever (the complete opposite actually) and I feel like eyelash curlers have also been culprit to my lash loss. This mascara is exactly what I was looking for. I have lost a lot of volume in my lashes over the years because I was using really intense mascaras that would not come off without having to scrub hard and lose a lot of hair in the process. This mascara stays on ALL day and as you can see, makes a huge difference in how full my lashes look. It removes easily with makeup wipes and does not flake throughout the day. I will say, it begins to flake after about an 11 hour wear and thats when I remove it. Great overall though. P.S. In the photo, I used about 3 coats. Also, it does not dry immediately (this does not mean it is messy) which is good because you can build the product without discomfort.

   This stuff works amazingly!!! I started to see results about a month/month and a half later. Also I don’t use it every single day or twice a day like it says. I would definitely recommend this. My short tiny lashes on the inner corners of my eyes are long and nice now! Amazing quality and price compared to other ones.

   I purchased this mascara to replace another maybelline mascara that I hated. I had read the good reviews, but I was skeptical. I get Birch box and have gotten some amazing mascaras in it…but I just can’t rationalize spending $20 for mascara. So I tried this. I didn’t like it at first because the wand is plastic…not the brush type, which I prefer. But then I learned how to use the wand…it’s like a combo wand of every type out there! It has you covered from every angle…and man, I love this stuff! My eyes don’t go a day without it. See the picture to see the difference between my eye without it (right) and with it (left ). Buy it!

   Congratulations! If you are reading this you have just stumbled upon the BEST MASCARA in the entire universe! I hardly ever write reviews but this mascara deserves it. It lasts all day long! I never have to touch it up! I never find annoying black flakes under my eye since using this! AND this is a waterproof mascara that is actually waterproof! The first time I went swimming with it I forgot to remove it(I always have removed all my other mascaras before swimming because it’s a mess, waterproof or not) so I anxiously asked my husband how do I look?! He said fine! I kinda believed him but was still scared to look in the mirror when we were done swimming. But low and behold, it looked exactly like it did in the morning when I first applied it!!! Amazing!! I will be using this mascara for the rest of my life! No need to ever try something new!! Buy this NOW! You will love it!

   I’ve been a hardcore fan of Diorshow for some years. Even after it started drying too quickly after opening. Every once in a while, I’d buy another brand to see if I could find something that would last longer, or be easier on my pocketbook. I mean, I swore by my Diorshow. Well, I’ve found my better replacement, in Maybelline.This is not the Maybelline of old. No raccoon eyes, no black specks on my face after a long day. No spider legs. No clumped brush. Beautiuful, full lashes, not clumpy (I’ve read a few ‘clumpy’ reviews… I’ve not experienced this issue, and I hate clumpy mascara as much as I hate thick, spider leg lashes). Long lasting… in fact, the price was so amazing I started wearing this on my off days… working outside in the heat, in my garden. I completely forget I’m wearing mascara, and found by the end of a long, hot, sweaty days in the yard… my lashes were the only thing that still looked great!The bristle wands have been the norm for so many years that I wasn’t too sure of this style, but I love the wand – the shorter curved area allows to get to the base of my ‘clear’ lashes far more easily and without poking my eye (that hurts), as well as the microscopically short bottom lashes without getting black blots on my lids, while the longer tips let me separate the lashes and extend the mascara to the tips.I remove it with baby oil on a cotton ball… easily. Funny how it lasts all day, but it easy to remove.Goodbye $$ Diorshow… hello Maybelline!
