It’s for a more simple lookI don’t like a ton of makeup etc.. this is perfect because it doesn’t smear like most and you can create a fine line which I loveThe dark brown and black are great!

I keep at least 3 of these on hand at any given time. This is the only eyeliner I will use. I have had problems with eyeliner rubbing or running because my eyes water a lot, and typical waterproof eyeliner either irritated my eyes or was really difficult to get off. Since trying this eyeliner, I have not had any issue with running or rubbing off, and I am able to remove it with a makeup eraser cloth no problem. The skinny tip makes it easy to put on. The only drawback is there is no way to crank the eyeliner back down after you rise it up, and there is no way to tell when it is about to run out (which is why I always have extra on hand). One minute you will be using it, then next, it won’t rise up anymore and you’re SOL. I do seem to go through this pretty quickly, but for the price, I really can’t complain.

Best liner on the market!I use the retractable eyeliner pencils. I just like the liquid liners. They are a bit much for my “natural look” preference, and I just can’t seem to master them. However, my allergies have been particularly bad lately and needed something more permanent. I did some research and found that they came in a waterproof formula (so happy). I tried a few different brands (Sephora being the latest), and although they were better than the regular formulas, none of them were quite perfect, as far as “waterproof” goes. Then, I saw this… of course, I HAD to try it… So happy did! Goes on immaculately, doesn’t run even a tiny bit. It’s like having the durability of a liquid gel liner, but in the form of a pencil.Definitely try this! You won’t regret it, or go back to anything else!

I usually only use liquid or gel liner in a pot but tried this cause of how thin it was. Am very happy with it. It glids on opaque in one swipe and is very black. People leaving bad reviews about it crumbling need to learn how to use GEL eye pencils. Gel is the keyword for use gently. Its softer than a regular pencil, so obviously if you use a heavy hand it will break off. This liner needs to be used by people who can use it gently. I already ordered a second for my travel bag. Its that good.

First of all you really need to know what the purpose of this liner is before you get it. I EXCLUSIVELY use it for tight lining when wearing lashes. It’s a very soft and pigmented formula and you CANNOT twist it up and use it like every other mechanical twist up liner or it WILL break off. You need to twist it up to where it’s barely poking out the top. If you’re wanting to use it as regular liner on the top lid, just know it’s very soft and pigmented and you are not going to get the same precision you would get with a less soft pencil or twist up liner. You are losing durability for pigmentation just like with eyeshadow. The harder pressed an eyeshadow is, the less pigmentation/ color pay of you’re going to get. If a shadow isn’t hard pressed you are going to have a lot of fall out but much better pigmentation. You just have to decide what is more important to you for the way you do your makeup. This is not a beginner friendly product, however I would recommend this liner for tight lining or smudging it out with a brush for smoky looks.

It took me awhile to get the hang of it, but once I did, I love it. I pencil a line above my upper lashes then use a q-tip dipped in makeup remover to refine the line. Lasts all day and looks great. I use sparingly on my lower lashes, but this pencil has the control to do that. As others have mentioned, keep the tip short or else it might break off. I use Defining Black. I tried the L’Oreal brush on gel in the little pot. I liked it, but found it would get hard before I’ve used it all. Lots wasted.

This is THE BEST eyeliner I have ever used in my life. It goes on easily, does not ever smudge throughout the day (unless you’re crying), and lasts for days (in case you get busy or lazy and don’t have time to refresh your entire face every day). It’s thin like described so you don’t lose so much product AND one tube lasts for freaking ever! I literally kept the same eyeliner for atleast 4 months. No sharpening required either😁

I love this! I have tried quite literally 100 different liners, mostly liquid, trying to find a precise, thin liner that stays put all day and doesn’t smudge. I’ve always worn black liquid, but when I tried my top 3 favorite liquids in their brown shades, it just looked weird. More like dirt or chocolate than eyeliner. I started trying the pencil-screw up and down pen kind of liners and many look like a good brown until I got it on. Finally I got this one and it’s perfect! Nice crisp, dark lines that don’t smudge or smear halfway through the day. I am definitely ordering more!!!

I’ve been using this eyeliner for about 6 months and so far so good. Doesn’t smear under my eyes and seems to stay visible for most of the day on my bottom eyelid. I don’t understand “self sharpening” because it’s just a roll-up-for-more-product style. Also, I put it on the inside of my lower eyelid and don’t have any eye irritation issues. My favorite eyeliner I’ve found so far!

This is my new go-to for liner (defining black) AND brows (sharp brown). These pencils are creamy so they glide on easily without tugging on your skin. These are supper skinny and fragile so my advice is to keep the tip very short as to avoid snapping. If you twist too much of the product out it will break during application which is obviously wasteful. Highly recommended. Enjoy!!
