wasn’t sure I’d be happy with this machine, as it was considerably the economical choice and oftentimes, you get what you pay for. this machine, however, is one of my absolute favorite purchases, and I truly regret not purchasing earlier. simple to use. when making ice, noise level is about that of an oscillating fan. it makes ice fast (I know that’s relative). if you use cold water, you get chewy ice. my favorite feature is actually some other consumers biggest complaint. I love that the ice doesn’t stay completely frozen, as this also makes for soft, crunchy ice cubes. in my opinion, it makes ice faster than it melts, so there’s always ice there when I need it. the machine was larger than I expected, but is definitely small enough for countertop placement. 10/10

I’ve had several Igloo countertop ice makers. This one is about half the size of those. It make a cup full of ice at a time, small basket. So far it seems to work ok, it’s used in a RV and not 24/7. If anything changes I’ll update review.

I believe the lid is thicker and creates a better environment in keeping it cooler inside, naturally.It is easy to use. The noise level is normal to other ice makers. The cost was very reasonable.

I really like my new ice maker. with a family of 5 this ice machine does pretty good. I can make about a 7 lb bag of ice in 24hrs even while using the ice we save. I’m thinking of getting a larger one in the future. I recommend this product.

Needed an ice maker and got this one. The ice melts while in the bin. It doesn’t have a seal to keep them from melting. Half the ice is broken when it gets flipped.Update. I am giving a 5 star rating due to the customer service this company has provided. They have gone above and beyond to correct the issues I had. Never have I ever had an experience with customer service that I would have been more than happy to leave an updated review!

One of the best gadgets I purchased in recent years this is one of the best I have purchased I can clearly see after happening for 3 days I can look back and see why did I spend the money on this not in this Hoosier you will have more ice than you know what to do with it sometimes I have to cut it all just so I can find somewhere to put the ice you do not hear it on for 24 hours let it turtle inn and then you will have more ice than you can possibly know what to do with
