   Folks with the difficult to color match ivory-olive skintone:my chosen concealer shades are for those lighter transition months. Light ivory and fair beige. Light ivory is much more yellow, fair beige is cooler. Mix them together and/or swap between them depending on the area of coverage. Fair beige is too light to wear on its own, light ivory too yellow, but swapping and mixing help even things out. Photo above shows (unprepped) skin, covered all over with both concealers. Light ivory around eyes and forhead, and apple of cheeks. Fair beige around mouth and jawline. A mix of both everywhere else.The point- pale olive toned people, buy two shades of different undertones. Do not hedge your bets on one shade. Yellow undertone and blue undertone will help you swap and mix until you’ve finally got a concealer with an olive-ish base.Other notes: this concealer dries quickly so work in sections. Moisturizing beforehand will help. Combo/dry skin needs the hydrating formula instead of the original one. Is it actually hydrating? Nah. But just prep your skin (unlike me in this pic) before application and you’ll be golden. Natural-ish finish, but more matte than I thought it would be. Think that comes down to the viscosity. Non-greasy feel on the skin though, which is nice! The tube and applicator itself are designed just like shape tape, which makes this dupe all the more…dupe-a-ful.

   This concealer is the bees knees!I rarely leave reviews, which means I really want to make sure yall know its great!Im medium tone, biracial black/white.I like concealers that are lighter than “suggested” shade, just to add a brighter under eye without needing too much extra drying powder to set it. So I got this to try and love it!Its similar to the Tarte Shape Tape or whatever their most popular concealer is called. Its thick, so you only need a small amount and it goes onto the skin effortlessly, staying in place where you want it. Its very lightweight at the same time, so the thickness isn’t felt whatsoever.I have dry skin so I can tell you that its moisturizing too. It settles gently onto the skin ALL DAY LONG with zero creasing.Yet again, Elf has blown its competitors out of the water and I’m so impressed. Definitely try this concealer guys!

   I love this concealer!!! The formula is good, the coverage is full, and it looks great on my skin. When you factor in the price; this is a unicorn ladies! So far, I have not had any problems with this concealer settling into my fine lines or looking ‘cakey’. Also, a little goes a long way.

   I have had a terrible time trying to find a good concealer, I have always had the darkest circles under my eyes, but this really stayed in place all day and no creasing or transfer of coverage. When Elf products first came out they were so-so but they have improved so much and the price is still a bargain.

   I have puffy under eyes and my veins show up really blue in the corner of my eyes. This is the best concealer I’ve used so far to correct that. It slightly brightens the area and has pretty decent coverage. It doesn’t completely cover up the blue but it does make it less noticeable.Cons: It gets a little cakey but a setting or foundation powder helps a bit with this. The swatch picture led me to pick out Light Beige but it was too dark for me and definitely had yellow undertones. I then ordered the Fair Beige and it matches my skin almost perfectly.Check out my second picture for a comparison of the Light and Fair Beige.

   I LOVE IT. This is the best concealer I’ve ever used at any price point. It gives an amazing, flawless, smooth finish! I have breakout prone skin with scarring. Really good full coverage foundations and concealers tend to cake up on me, but this doesn’t. I actually use it all over my face.

   I’ll never use another concealer. Hides imperfections and brightens at the same time. The big soft pad on the end of the applicator is amazing. I put 2 dots under my eyes and blend with a small sponge. The shades seem to all be lighter than the picture. I ordered a couple shades darker than what I thought I needed and it worked out perfectly. Stays put all day & doesn’t crack or look cakey.

   My mom brought this product home a few months ago for me because she said she loved it so much. Well, I ran out and just reordered it on Amazon.Pros- Thick! I hate when I find a concealer that loses all its opacity as soon as I try to blend it. I have dark under eye circles and this product really does the job.- Cheap! I can’t count the number of times I’ve dropped $15-25 on a concealer only to never buy it again because it wasn’t worth the money. I’m sure there are higher quality concealers out there, but for $6, this really can’t be beat.Cons- Dry. On its own, this product is definitely a bit drying (almost gave it four stars for that reason), but I use it in combination with a tinted moisturizer and that seems to counterbalance it.- Lack of color options. The one I use is a bit too light, but under my tinted moisturizer it’s passable. Still, doesn’t hurt to add more shades!

    Excellent product and pricing! Goes on smoothly and covers really well without feeling or looking heavy. Doesn’t accentuate wrinkles. Stays put. I ordered Light Beige, which was a bit dark for my purpose. I would consider it more medium/light. It’s slightly lighter than my NC30 concealer, but probably not as light as NC25. It’s also a touch less peachy than the NC30 but still warm and not a dull yellow. Great color for warm golden skin and would be perfect for me as a full-coverage foundation. I want it a bit lighter for use around the eyes though, so I will probably reorder in Light Sand (which looks to be a somewhat lighter shade but also with a golden undertone). I will still use the Light Beige for some areas and around the eyes too in summer. Fortunately the low price allows me to have more than one!
