   we tried several shampoo for fleas buying at big box stores and spent lots money over and over, everytime fleas come back. usually couldn’t get rid of all…this shampoo, one time and no fleas at all now, already over month even cat play and laying outside lawn.Great product!

   My 2 dogs each had some fleas on their backs. They didn’t seem to be bothered by them, but we found them.This shampoo did the deed, I saw dead fleas coming off while bathing with this. I used a thick lather and as the directions day, they sat lathered up for 5 mins. Then rinsed them off and the fleas are gone. Worked great for me!

   the only product I have found to help control fleas when I need more than the advantix11. I live in the swampy woods in florida and you need to take more percautions.

   They hated the process, but the results are undeniable: While rinsing the shampoo out of the fur, dead fleas were washed into the tub and, most importantly, my cats went from going crazy, running around in agony to their peaceful selves in less than an hour. They also now look and smell nice. :)That being said, this shampoo alone won’t rid us from fleas. I’m currently in the process of cleaning the entire house, washing/treating any soft surfaces the cats may have sat on, and I’m expecting another Amazon delivery of flea spray (to spot-treat rugs, couches, etc) as well as flea bombs. It’s a process.

   I used this on both my dog and cat. My cat is very sensitive to flea bites and she will scratch until fur is coming out. My dog doesn’t mind either way but she doesn’t like water in general so there’s that. I gave them both baths and was surprised at how well the shampoo smelled. It isn’t offensive to my nose at all. Neither animal seemed to mind it and it doesn’t give the feeling of putting chemical smelling soaps on your animals.That night both rested without a scratch that I noticed. They don’t have a strong smell of chemicals either which I’m sure everyone appreciated.Would recommend due to the strong lather, non-offensive smell, and price point.

   This product is what it says it is. It’s an insecticide.You have to be very careful making sure you rinse ALL of the shampoo off. If you have a fiesty cat, then you need to let a vet do it.You do not want your cat licking this off of itself. Bottle says only do once a week.My kittens are almost 6 months old. It did kill a great amount in the first bath but this aimed at killing mostly the eggs so don’t be suprised if the adult fleas are still active. It’s meant to disrupt the flea cycle.

   This product is awesome. I have been battling fleas for 2 months with one of my dogs. She did not respond to a monthly topical or a pricey collar. Decided to try a shampoo and was not disappointed. As soon as we applied the shampoo, the fleas were dying and trying to jump off. Grabbed them with my tweezers and drowned them in 90% alcohol. Would definitely buy again.

   My poor kitty been scratching and scratching himself raw cuz of them dern fleas. We bathe him with Dawn dish soap and even though it kills some but still there are lots more that survives and Simba goes back to scratching. This Veterinary Formula shampoo killed 90% of them fleas.. We saw them literally being washed off into the tub as we showered Simba. To make it even better I found over 20 of them stuck on the microfiber towel I dry him with. So this works and I’m so happy my kitty is not scratching like he used to. We are gonna give him a shower at least once in 2 weeks with this shampoo. He is clean smelling good and no more scratching. Thank you for this gem of a shampoo

   As soon as I used it on my dog all flees started to jump off him and die on the floor. So I started using it right before going for a walk. Perfect result. They don’t come close for a few weeks. Definitely must buy item. I also use same shampoo once in a while- also works perfect, dead flees fall from my dog while washing

    So I have been buying this pretty regularly for about a year, never seen fleas on them and the occasional tick but it’s to be expected living in the country and they go exploring in a wooded area every am. I bathe my dogs roughly 3 weeks at a time and apply flea TX afterwards. Well long story short, life happened and we didn’t get to bathe my German shepherd mix and pitbull mix for almost 5 weeks and were COVERED in fleas. Like literally could just see them strolling along. I never used this shampoo knowingly them having fleas so I did exactly what the instructions said! I put them both in and scrubbed first on their legs, and then on their butt (pit was covered there) and there underside. Slowly working my way to their torso area., neck and left the face for last to wash carefully. Well as I’m doing this I am seeing ddad fleas come off!! Made a pile after making sure they’re dead bc, why not! Anyway as I’m going to apply on my white pit literally see a flea making its way to her face(safe ground at the time) ahh got it! Left them their with the soap on, taking turns scrubbing them and removing MORE dead fleas!!! I HAD NEVER ACTUALLY USED THIS WHILE HAVING AN ACTIVE INFESTATION AND WOW!! Made sure to flea spray their bedding, have removable bed dog covers and washed and sprayed those. Vacuumed everything! I have been checking them for fleas still bc I’m paranoid and none! I will out of precaution bathe them next weekend so get any left over.*** I didn’t really get their fur too wet from reading others reviews too make sure to get plenty of suds and have a thicker layer to suffocate them!I’m not much of a reviewer but I had to after my experience!
