   These wipes are a bit expensive, but depending on your needs they might be worth it. You get 60 wipes in the package. Each wipe is much larger than what you would normally get with a traditional package of wipes. They are closer to the size of a sheet from a roll of paper towels. There are little dots on one side of each wipe that give it a textured feeling, which helps when you have to scrub really hard to clean a surface. I have found that if I have been working in my garage and I have grease and dirt on my hands, these wipes do an excellent job of cleaning everything off of my hands. They also work well for cleaning any greasy or extremely dirty surfaces where you are working. So these wipes would be perfect for an auto mechanic, for example.

   If you can afford it that is. But let’s face it, if you’re part of our destroyed middle-class, then you probably never gave these a second thought anyway. If you’re a business owner or something though? I’m pretty sure your employees would greatly appreciate these as opposed to some of the other stuff out there. Most of the ones I’ve tried seem to dry up in no time. And I’ve never seen any with little bennies all over them on one side for scrubbing before. And certainly not as big as these before! The only thing that might be a deal breaker for some, is the, “light citrus scent.” Because some people don’t want any scent whatsoever on their wipes. So, just a suggestion to the makers: maybe produce an unscented version too. But that aside, I would definitely recommend these wipes, if you can afford them. I should also mention though, that if you do the math, in comparing how much square footage you get with other brands, it probably is comparable, and maybe even cheaper than some. Just think of buying these as if you are buying in bulk almost. Because what you get is quite a massive bag of wipes! I’d say it’s close to being as thick as a standard box of rectangle Kleenex.

   Review of: **Venom Steel Workshop Wipes with Scrubbing Beads, for Grease, Grime, Oil, Paint and Caulk, Safe on Hands, Tools, and Non Porous Surfaces, Light Citrus Scent, 8″ x 12″ Cloths, 60 Wipes**The Good:-Oversize wipes compared to your typical hand wipes or towels-The rough “bead” side of the wipes really works – it definitely helps remove stubborn junk from your hands better than a regular smooth surface wipe-They smell very pleasant – a light citrus smell and nothing offensive-They did a great job cleaning grease/oil off my hands following a recent messy project-Good size pack of 60 wipes has a handy bag with a plastic door/cap to keep them from drying outThe Bad:-No complaints or issues so farThe Bottom Line:I am very impressed with these wipes and think they do a great job of living up to the advertising claims. At about $11 for a pack of 60, they may be a little more expensive than some other options, but these do a much better job of cleaning. With other wipes, I often have to use 2 or 3 to get my hands clean, but one of these is sufficient. I haven’t tried them for tasks like cleaning my grill, but may give that a shot next. I am pretty confident they will be up to the task. Definitely recommend these if you take on projects around the house or garage that gives you oily, greasy, or just gunky (is that a word??) hands.

   These Venom Steel Workshop Wipes were exactly what I needed after painting and caulking a bathroom during our remodel project recently. I was actually pretty impressed that each wipe is larger than average and nice and thick – and truly scrubs off a LOT off of my hands using just one! These are pretty pricey, but there again, I find they are very worth it if you use them here and there for heavy duty projects. My husband loves them for working in the garage when his hands get extra greasy, too – they really take everything off pretty easily compared to most others out there we’ve tried. They get two thumbs up from us!

   I wanted some heavy duty wipes for cleaning the exterior or my pellet smoker after a cook. It was starting to get some heavy buildup on the drum and shelf from spilled sauces and grease and I thought some heavy duty wipes would be the most convenient way to quickly clean it after each cook. So far, these have worked out great.These are large, thick wipes with a rough side for scrubbing and a smooth side for wiping clean. They are advertised to “cut through grease, grime, oil, adhesives, marker, caulk & latex paint.The front shelf of my smoker was pretty dirty with some sticky, greasy residue and these wipes left it looking like new. Admittedly, they weren’t quite as effective on the sticky residue that had dripped down the front bottom part of the barrel of the smoker; but that area is very close to the heat source and that residue had been cooked on over many cooks. It’s likely already chemically bonded to the surface and would probably take a pressure washer or heavy duty solvent to remove it. That said, I have no doubt these would have easily cleaned it up if they hadn’t been left for so long, and through many cooks.Overall, I’m very happy with these wipes and believe they will serve my purpose as grill wipes, admirably. Plus, I’ll likely find many other uses for them over time.

   My husband works in a rubber plant and the way he looks after work you would think he works in a coal mine. It’s almost impossible for him to get the black residue off of his hands and belongings but these wipes actually do the trick. One sides is scrubby and the other is super soft, which is perfect. They foam up really nice and the wipes themselves are huge and very thick. I understand some people saying they are pricey but I feel like the quality is worth it. You get your money’s worth and I would recommend them to anyone like my husband that have to deal with being covered in grease and grime on a daily basis

   Pro’s:• You get 60 decent large thick, heavier duty strength wipes in each pouch. These have bumps or little knobbies that help to get a more abrasive clean versus smooth wipes. IMO this allows them to help clean the cracks and crevices in your hands and arms better• Scent is not overbearing and is in fact a light citrus scent• Cool branding name – VENOM• No anti-bacterial additives. I don’t need my shop wipes to have this since I think everything has those added now and I don’t think it needs to be in everythingCon’s:• None at this timeFinal thoughts: These are good wipes for use in the shop after working on cars etc. because in my experience they cut through grease and grime better than regular wipes, or at least lasted longer than the thinner wipes I’ve been using. I received these Venom Steel Workshop Wipes for free as part of the Amazon Vine program but feel I’ve fairly evaluated and reviewed this product. If anything changes my opinion, I will be sure to come back to update my review.

   These wipes are larger (and thicker) than any others I’ve used, they have plenty of cleaning solution on them, and they hold the solution well. They are also unique among cleaning wipes I’ve used, as they have a “rough” side for scrubbing (and it is very effective at it), and a smooth side for more delicate cleaning. They cut through grease and grime in the garage better than any wipe, or plain shop towels, I have used. The only down side is that they are somewhat more expensive than other wipes I’ve used. Of course, given that they outperform any other wipes, they are probably worth it.

    These wipes work great in the workshop
