   At first listen I thought they were a bit warm and was like meh. Then I gave them another listen with my usual test tracks. These are really growing on me. I had a hard time going back to my Sennheiser HD 600’s and HD 6xx. The low end extends pretty good and over all tonality isn’t horrible. Maybe slightly V shaped, but close to the Harman curve, fairly wide sound stage. Very slight bloat in mid base maybe. I would say these are preferable to anything in this price range or up to twice as much. Easy to drive, non fatiguing, just enjoying music without analyzing details. Fantastic value.

   This opinion is based on the first 2 hours of listening to these with a variety of music. I usually listen to everything on HD650s on a Schiit Jotunheim. I wanted something with a little more bass potential and clearer highs.These are nuts. I have only used them with a balanced cable so far. I use Equalizer APO to adjust the sound and after taking the edge off the highs and balancing it the way I like it’s just incredible. Hopefully these pads hold up for a while. They are very soft and cushy. I hope they sell replacements. Extremely comfortable. The limit to how loud I can get the bass is when the vibration of the headphones on my head starts to become too noticeable and detracts from the song. Clarity is amazing. It’s good to be a headphone buyer in 2021.

   Been using these daily since the beginning of August. One of the few pieces of sound gear I’ve liked right away.Yeah this isn’t a monitor type headphone but if you can take off your snob-glasses and appreciate that there is more than one way to enjoy music, you’ll love these. These are borderline bass-head territory that still manage to be coherent thanks to its deftly balanced tuning.

   I think i’m in love! The reviews speak for themselves. I expect in a couple months these things will be taking over the market for what they are at their price point. Insanely comfortable and they sound flipping amazing honestly. I love buying something and being in love with the product. Anything less is just a little disappointing. These do no disappoint.The only thing i wish could have been different about the ordering experience was getting to see the finish / grain of the wood on the cups beforehand. In which case i would have gone with a darker / more red leaning wood finish as it appears some of them come out like that from the pics and reviews. My cups are more camel colored like the “leather”. Which is really fricking soft and a comfortable i just hope it holds up over the years because i use headphones ALOT. I ordered a case for them as well so hopefully that will keep them from experiencing alot of friction / pulling / pressure on the pleather, or leather, whatever it is…Anyway these things are amazing and i’m super happy with my purchase. Would recommend them to literally anyone. You’ll be stoked. Crispy highs, full mids, and thumpy lows. Great clarity. Great comfort. Thanks a lot you guys! Make some more color options in the future please! Dark Red / Burgundy would be sickkkkk and i’d order another pair instantly.

   Comfortable ALL around, I mean, these pads are like… marshmallows softened over an open fire, only without the part where it catches on fire and burns you when you try and grab/eat it, so maybe no so much like that… Do not start me on the looks because it looks like something that someone started out as meaning to only do such a good job, but halfway through discovered they had OCD and put such a shine on them that you are afraid you will mar the surface, which you won’t. And the sound… they sound as good as they look and feel, only with the fire and burning, just in a good way. These are fun, really fun, where you would think the Meze Classics should be fun, these are actually that fun, and make the Meze’s look like a poor country cousin and sound like Beats… ok, not really, but save the cash from the Meze’s and put it to a fun amp, like the IFI Zen dac/amp, and lose yourself in the marshmallow on fire goodness that these are.

   I purchased these because I have recently become addicted to wooden headphones and the sv021 appeared unique. Upon unboxing, I realized just how unique. The wooden housing looks more beautiful than I ever expected. So much exquisite detail and color in the wood. They definitely give the impression that someone took great care in the crafting of these. The headband and earpads have very supple protein leather, which adds a nice touch to the comfort, not to mention the size and shape of the cups. I also purchased these to compare to the Sivga P-II, which is so dark sounding that I couldn’t abide it, regardless of beauty. The sv021 even outshines the P-II. More detail and less asphyxiating darkness. Don’t get me wrong, these are not designed for critical listening situations, but as long as that is not the expectation, it is doubtful you will feel you are missing much. The dynamics are truly something special, paired with my ifi Zen stack and Audioquest Big Sur interconnects. There’s something so addicting about the sound with classical. The dynamics allow you to feel the piano keys being struck and it’s just perfect. The rosewood housing also makes wood instruments sound unique and wonderful. The soundstage and imaging are of the $300-$400 range, at minimum. These are a steal at $150. They wipe the floor with the P-II easily and compared to my m50x, they only lose in the detail and fit categories. But they beat the m50x in every other category, including comfort.Truly the best value headphone I’ve seen and heard in a very long time. For the price, you simply cannot go wrong. Music, gaming, doesn’t matter. These are addicting.UPDATE 9/29/2021: These just keep getting better. Ordered a 4.4mm balanced interconnect cable from Hart Cables to install between the ifi DAC and ifi CAN and that mere $40 upgrade made all the difference. Now, the SV021 now has a much better soundstage, imaging, and dynamics. I mean, whoa! Movies are amazeballs with these. It and It 2 were otherworldly. Recommended the SV021 Robin even more now!

   I find these headphones to be very comfortable for long listening, but more important, the sound is very accurate with a detailed sound stage. It’s not a wide sound stage, however, it’s more like you’re sitting with the band. The sound is immediate and engulfs you. I’m using the Schitt Magni headphone amp and it’s a great combination.

   What can I say—-another remarkably high quality headphone from Sivga at a very reasonable price.Very well built, materials and construction are first rate. I cannot stress how COMFORTABLE these headphones are–light as a feather and the pads are like pillows on your ears.The sound is clean–rich, deep–very full and detailed. These are $ 150 headphones—-for the quality of the sound, build and overall experience I could not be happier with the purchase—I would say these easily compete with models that cost 2x and and even upward—-they are that good—–for the price you truly cannot go wrong IMO.

    I love the meze 99 noirs/classics. I like their warm sound and they are supremely comfortable.Compared to those, these headphones actually sound ever so slightly clearer and more dynamic. It gives a slight added touch of realism.You can’t go wrong with either pair, but the value here is crazy. They look amazing, feel solid and the pads are wonderfully spacious
