   Heads up if you have an 09 and up you have to tap the red wire with the stock “white and Orange” wire that’s connected in the small harness to the old radio. Everything works perfect now I’m slapping hard down that bay bridge.

   2000 ford rangerSmall amount of modification was needed as per instructions.A dremel type tool helps but not necessary.Radio is secure in place and working fine.

   I purchased this for my 2010 F150. The fitment was perfect. It made for a very clean install of my new double din stereo system. The extra pieces of this kit provided most of what was needed for the install. Quality seems to be good.

   Awesome little radio for my daughters first vehicle. 2005 ford ranger didn’t come with any aux. Cord plugin with factory radio. Wanted her to be safe if she received a phone call. Works perfect with a green answer button and red for hanging up. Better than having to reach for phone. The manual keeps her busy & off the phone. Love it?

   Fits my 2004 Ford Explorer XLT 4-Door. BUT!!! I had to modify it to fit properly.This product is the catch all double din mount. I had to grind off nearly all the little plastic tabs to make it fit. Luckily I had a Dremel but you easily use wire cutters.It gives you a manual and shows you what tabs and extra plastic parts to cut to fit certain cars and it was accurate for my car.Took me about 30min tops!

   This kit is complicated when you first open it, but with all the models it fits it just takes a little imagination to see which parts you will need. Once you see how you need to configure it it is a piece of cake. It takes a little trimming of unnecessary tabs that you will not need for you installation. That took about 10 minutes with my Dremel, from there it was smooth sailing and a perfect fit that looks like my HU was made for my truck. Very sharp look for sure. I’ve been installing my own stereo equipment for about 40 years and this is one of the best installation kits I have used. I don’t see how you can go wrong with this kit.

   I bought this for my current truck. I have had several other models from the mfg in the past and they never fail to live up to my expectations. I opened the package and verified all parts where present. I am just awaiting delivery of my radio, from Amazon early next week. To complete the install.Based upon my past history with the mfg, I would easily recommend the product to others.Now if the actual install has issues, Ill be sure to update this review. I however do not anticipate any issues.Edit: Installed my radio Installed in my 2012 F150, everything went flawless. Well almost, one notation is that if you try to follow the guide and connect the wires to the radio etc. The power wires for the f150 are evidently controlled by the computer. I had to run a wire directly to the battery and source a switched wire at the fuse box. The plug wires do not match up with anything power wise on the factory harness and again looks like it wouldn’t work anyway.I am leaving my 5 star review as the install looks so good. I am very pleased with my purchase.

   Installed this bezel kit with a Sony touch screen headunit. I have a late build 2012 Ford F-150 XLT and had no issues when installing the bezel but you should know that the wiring kit does not fit these trucks. The package indicates for a 2004-2008 F150 which requires more wiring than the 2009-2012 models. Save yourself the headache and make sure you get the correct wire harness before soldering the wires up. Also, I wasn’t crazy about the ABS smooth black look when it first arrived so I painted it with some plastic primer and spray paint from Lowe’s. Looks good and I am satisfied. I uploaded pictures of the stock unit, new bezel with paint, and finally with it installed.

   I Loved this install kit I have a 2012 f150 I was worried because some people said it was too short but mine fit Perfect. It all snapped right into place. I put a double din radio the opening had to be wider so I took a razer blade knife and just shaved the opening a little. Then the radio slid right in! (Now as for the wiring harness). All went great! However just remember to run a power wire from the fuse box. at first I hooked everything up then Nothing happen. Then I remembered the previous reviews said you will need a power wire. So at first radio did not turn on then I hooked up a power wire to the fuse box that gets power when ignition is turned on and off when keys are removed. And it did GREAT I love this install kit!

    I have been using Scosche brand adapter kits for years now. This had everything I needed, mostly anyway. The instructions are there, but ehh… picture diagrams could use some work. This comes with screws, however none were to screw the radio into the adapter itself. Thankfully the left overs from the factory radio got the job done. The gap between the adapter and vehicles opening could be better, but I have seen far worse. Overall good product and gets the job done well.
