Wow, what a difference this makes for my laundry! I had some tough stains on a couple of garments; they just weren’t coming out and I ready to sadly throw them away. Giving one last chance I tried  OxiClean White Revive Stain Remover Power Paks, 24 Count  and the stains were gone giving new life to my cloths! What’s more, I use it now on my towels replacing bleach and the towels come out beautifully clean and white. I also noticed that everything smells so good too! The pods are easy to use and just pop into the washer without having to measure. Really happy with this product!

I’ve been bleaching my whites for years for brighter whites . However there’s always the risk of having bleach ruin non-white portions on not completely white items (borders, stripes, etc). I’ve had so many sheets with grey portions or stripes on bedding that were turned pink when the concentrated bleach touch it in the wash before it was diluted.Recently we moved and got a vertical loading high efficiency wash/dryer and liquid bleach is no longer an option because there is no water-filled tank to dilute the bleach. My first bleach wash ruined so many items that I had to find an alternative. I’ve tried Oxyclean as a detergent before but never thought of using it on whites. Lately I read online about the soaking method. I was super skeptical, how does soaking in water without agitation whiten whites? I put some pillow covers in a bucket and let it soak overnight with Oxyclean White Revive. I forgot about it and left it for two nights. I was amazed when I pulled the pillow covers out and the water was FILTHY BROWN. I literally did no scrubbing or mixing and somehow the Oxcyclean removed layers of soaked in dirt and grime from the fibers and turned the water murky brown! My pillow covers were SNOW WHITE! I didn’t remember how white they were from the day I bought it since they turned “cream” colored over the years. A quick wash in the washing machine (No bleach) and they came out gleaming white. The best part was that the covers had black stripes on the side and they STAYED BLACK! There was no color runs at all.I tried a bunch of other items, white shirts, white sweaters, more white sheets and a grey sweater in the tub. Like last time the water turned a gross brown and yellow without any work on my behalf. My sheets came out perfectly white and small stains on my shirt’s collars and sleeves were gone! I’m amazed and this will be my new whites routine! It’s gentle – won’t eat away fibers and brightens whites way better than bleach did. This is like magic!

OxiClean has long been a favorite way of keeping my whites, white, without using bleach. Now, it comes in Pods and I don’t have to measure bleach and then worry about the next load of colors ending up with spots from the bleach that didn’t all make it out of the bleach dispenser. With the Pod, I don’t choke on the powder that rises from the washer, the way the original OxiClean used to.

The negative reviews on here are bologna. First this is a white & color brightener. It is not bleach; period. This product NEVER claims to be bleach! I use 2 to 4 white bar towels everyday. Here are some pictures. Read the directions. 1 pod for about every gallon of water. See the dirty bar towels. See the dirty water after 30 minutes of pre-soak. Last picture shows after the very first use of this product ever! The towel on the left is easily 4 years old, the right towel is 1 year old, the socks are 1 year old. The hardest thing to get white was the red stains from tomato based foods like red pasta sauce & bloody-mary mix. This first round I used 3 pods. The huge advantage of this Oxi product is that, unlike bleach, it doesn’t dissolve elastic in clothing or the gaskets in the washer. I am old school so the use of any bleach is only in a real stainless steel or real porcelain sink. Just to be sure I washed expensive, grey, Eddie Bauer heavy winter flannel sheets with only 1 pod no pre-soak with simple liquid detergent again. They came out as new! I am a retired Man ~ so after reading some of these laughable reviews I wanted to share with all of you! Read the directions…

This stuff does the trick. I had spilled a full glass of red wine on my new white slax while traveling. I quickly doused them with club soda, wrapped them in a plastic bag to keep them moist until I could get home.I ordered the oxi from my phone so it would be waiting for me when I returned. (Love 2 day Prime).I soaked them in a strong oxi solution overnight and added oxi to the machine wash load the next day. Result? Pure white restored, good as new. Yippee

I think it does an overall good job at whiting. Doesn’t seem to get out stains though. Pit stains and dirty socks still dirty. It makes the whites brighter as a whole,

This stuff is the absolute best whitener and stain remover EVER. I am so mad I waited this long to use it. All if my kids are athletes and are filthy everyday. Football, lacrosse, softball.baseball, soccer. They get DIRTY and the grass/mud stains are deep. As long as you soak the item a little and use some ELBOW GREASE….. this stuff is a miracle. I am not paid to write this and I didn’t get any freebies for it. I just hope some other moms read this and guess a try and saves themselves endless hours of scrubbing uniforms. The only other thing that compares to this is using a power washer… and sometimes that’s just not possible !Good luck and thanks oxiclean!!!!

I can’t use regular bleach without making a mess and inadvertently bringing back acid-washed jeans. This stuff is a life-saver. It brightens up my colours, revives my whites, and gets out stains as well as any funky smells that can be lingering around, especially in gym clothes or anything else that gets sweaty. It also does wonders for towels, eliminating that mildewy funk they can get and zapping any stains, even in kitchen towels. While nothing can really get out tumeric, alas, this comes the closest, and that’s saying a lot!

I had about 20 white t shirts of that I’ve worn over the past two years, some newer than others, and they’ve all started yellowing, especially around the collars after I wear them to outdoor music festivals or desert hikes. Well, following the instructions on the OxiClean tub (six hour soak, wash as normal) brought ALL of the t shirts back to life and they are as bright white as a NEW shirt. My shirts come in packs of six from a membership warehouse store and I like to reserve a few new ones to keep a fresh supply of white shirts around. I soaked and washed the 20 worn shirts, kept two old shirts unwashed and one new one on standby for comparison. After the t shirts were dried I looked at them outside in the sunlight and was amazed how much whiter the washed ones became. Consider me a believer! One criticism I have of OxiClean is the perfumed scent. I was able to minimize it the best I could by running my wash load with a second rinse. I can still detect the scent, but it’s definitely not as powerful as when they were all soaking in my tub. But with the whitening power and results I got, it’s a tradeoff I can live with.

Really. A remarkable product. Some rather pathetic tees from a million years ago are sparkling white now. This stuff exceeded my expectations. Actually, it exceeded my most optimistic hopes. Bear in mind, the hotter the water, the better it works. Don’t expect it to blow you away unless you get it HOT.Love it.
