I always bought these Milk Bone treats as gifts for my mother-in-law’s dog when we visit her. They are soft, chewy and made with good ingredients. The dog LOVES them and he loves me too!!P.S.: for Christmas gift, I bought the leash from Strong Dog Leashes For Large Dogs | Comfortable Walks ~ Padded Handle To Hold Strong Dogs | Reflective Material for Safer Walks | for Medium & Large Dogs | 6 feet x 1 inch . I am pleasantly surprised to see that leash came in a very nice gift box (as in the photo). It also has raving reviews for quality, so quite a good deal.

Our Lhasa Apso has always done just about anything for a treat, which made training him incredibly easy. Seriously, I’ve never seen a dog so crazy over treats. He gobbled up anything we put in front of him UNTIL he got his first taste of the beef/filet mignon flavored Soft and Chewy Milk Bones. He became an overnight treat snob and stubbornly refuses to have anything else. Well, except for Babybel Original which we use to wrap around any pills he might need. He would do anything to have that as well, but I don’t classify it as a dog treat. Whatever else we try and give him now gets a very snooty head turn or if I lay it on the kitchen floor it stays by his dog bowl until I pick it up again. He’ll flat go without and good luck getting him to do anything until the soft and chewy reappears. And then he’s completely amenable, which is not at all a typical characteristic for his breed, often referred to as the most cat-like canine of all. So thank you MILK BONE for making the little guy happy and our lives easier!

My little Yorkie is so picky. She detests regular milk bones and will not touch them so I was taking a chance buying her this big jar of Milk Bone Soft & Chewy Bones. They came yesterday along with some other treats I bought for her and I decided to offer her one of these bones first. She gets excited when new treats come and was hoping, I think, for more Beggin’ Strips but I wanted to change things up. Plus these are actually pretty healthy for her and not too high in calories. She is only eight pounds but the vet wants me to keep her at that weight to avoid issues later on. She is 3 years old now and healthy.I offered her one of these bones and, to my surprise, she took it immediately. But then she set it down and came back to me. That is because she knew I had the other unopened treats and probably was looking for more. When she saw that wasn’t happening, she went and checked out the bone I gave her and she gobbled it up. Wow. I was shocked. But relieved because I would have had a lot of little bones that I would have had to give to my sister’s dogs if Molly decided these weren’t for her.The bones are small, the size of small regular milk bones, and don’t have an offensive odor. They’re a brown color and are chewy but not super soft by any means. Molly still has to chew for a while to get these to break down. She had a few of them today but I am going to have to cut back because she is starting to want more and more treats and less actual dog food (which I can’t blame her for). I think I will limit these to one per day. They come in a great jar with a screw on/off lid so they’ll stay fresh for quite a while. There are loads of them in the 25 ounce jar so these are a good value.Molly gives her seal of approval. I am going with 5 stars. The ingredients list of actually impressive although the usual colors and preservatives are in there. But these are fortified with many vitamins so they aren’t empty snacks and beef is the first ingredient. I also checked and they are made in the USA. THAT’s a relief. These are a great choice for even picky dogs. They aren’t too hard nor are they so soft that they’re gone in an instant (unless you have a really huge dog who gobbled down things). I think most dogs will enjoy these bones.

I have a small chihuahua who is aging & missing a few teeth, but she is active & loves sharing treats with her “sisters”, who eat the crunchy milkbones. She loves these!! The canister keeps them fresh, & they are soft enough to be broken into smaller pieces for any size dog. They seem to be so tasty that her sisters, who are able to chew crunchy biscuits, would rather sneak a few of hers!If you love your pet, your pet will definitely love these!

We have a half Siberian Husky/half German Shepherd mix with loads of energy. So much so that getting him to slow down and listen is a task. Then we found Purina Alpo Variety Snaps Little Bites Dog Treats that worked perfectly in gaining his undivided attention. However over the years, he’s become older and not so excited over these treats, too used to them. So to change up things, we bought this Milk-bone Soft Chewy Dog Treats, and oh my gosh. He’s back to learning all new tricks again just for a small taste of these. What is so funny now, we offer him the Little Bites Treat square and he’s all excited and grabs it, but then drops it immediately while sitting in the at attention pose with no movement at all waiting for this new Milk-bone Soft Chewy Dog Treat….. Once we give him that, he is all posed for another trick/training lesson. Of course if we leave the other square treat laying, he will quickly snatch it up after the Milk-bone treat is gone. But we are so happy he is happy and attentive with these. Thank you!

Our dogs love love these! Nummy Nummy Nummy.Heck they smell steak, bacon, and maybe some smoky BBQ sauce. I was tempted to try one they smell so good.Anyway, my Dachshunds, love them, and one has a very sensitive tummy has no trouble eating and digesting them as well. They are also a perfect treat for my older Doxie who has lost a bunch of teeth already and has trouble with really hard crunchy treats. He can enjoy these with ease.I highly recommend these Milk-Bone Soft & Chewy Beef & Filet Treats.THEY ARE MADE IN BUFFALO, NY, USA for those concerned about sourcing of the product. Clearly stated on the packaging. Here are the ingredients:Beef, Chicken, Soy Grits, Sugar, Corn Starch, Filet Mignon, Dicalcium Phosphate, Salt, Rice Flour, Propylene Glycol, Natural Smoke Flavor, Guar Gum, Lactic Acid, Garlic Powder, Potassium Sorbate (Used as a Preservative), Vitamins (Vitamin E Supplement, Vitamin A Supplement, Niacin Supplement, D-Calcium Pantothenate, Riboflavin Supplement, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Mononitrate, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12 Supplement), Minerals (Ferrous Sulfate, Zinc Oxide, Manganous Oxide, Copper Sulfate, Calcium Iodate, Sodium Selenite), Red 40, Sodium Nitrite (for Color Retention), Yellow 5, BHA (Used as a Preservative), Blue 2.I recommend these treats.

My four Chihuahuas think these are the cats meow! OK, maybe not the cats meow since they’re not partial to cats, but they’re definitely “the bomb”. Being little dogs, they definitely love this smaller size treat because it fits their mouth perfectly. These are also extra soft making them easy to eat which is especially important now that they’re all older and missing a few teeth. While I haven’t tasted these personally ;) I can say they smell tasty and I can see why these are my dogs number one reason to turn on the charm when it’s “cookie time!!” in our house. I highly recommend these, and can guarantee your dogs will too!

This is one of those products that are too good to be true. But BEWARE, usually when products are too good to be true it is because there is something extra they aren’t telling.I bought the chicken flavor back in December 2019 because it was cheaper than individual treats or other brands that they didn’t like. And It is perhaps the best animal-related purchase I have ever made!!!It is so scary, it is as if they are addicted to it. My 2 dogs act like crazy, all hyped up, whenever I am going to give them some. And even by shaking the container, just with the sound, they stop whatever they are doing to come running and get some.I don’t know that is the secret, they have never acted like this with other treats or food I have given them, except for real breast chicken. I read in another comment they contain BHA, which I don’t really know if it is true or how harmful it can be to dogs in the long or short term but there has to be something in the treats to be that good.My first container lasted about 3 months, when they first arrived they were very smelly and soft but as time went by the conservatives wear off, which made the treats lose the smell and became stiff but the dogs were still crazy about them. I bought the beef container in march and I haven’t seen any difference, the dogs still go crazy for them. This time I will try to finish them before the 3-month mark when they become bad (my opinion).I will do my research about this product, and I advise everyone buying it to the same, and if I don’t find anything harmful I will be purchasing this product for a long long time.

Better than those hard crunchy biscuits, according to my three dogs. If they could vote, they’d vote for these soft biscuits in for congress and the senate. Heck, maybe we should send all the congress critters and senate sadsacks biscuits IF they’d be as productive as my dogs covering the backyard with their poop. The dogs practically push me at the containers – we had beef and chicken flavors, and boy, you know when that container is opened, because all that processed meaty goodness permeates the kitchen air. It almost makes me sit up and shake a paw like they do, good politicians that they are. Even though the 20 pound dog suffers from Small Dog Syndrome he’ll take even the broken pieces at the bottom of the jar. No scraping here.In short, I’m all for sending every politician and dog a container of these, for the good of the country.

Bought these on a whim when our regular like treats order was delayed. Our Boxer loves to find things in her shuffle blanket or in general around the house. She has a seek and find nose 👃that often leaves us just shaking out heads and asking how. Another favorite is her Kong Wobbler. I usually buy the small training treats for these two games but a specific kind for picky eaters. These are obviously quite larger then training treats but they have a semi-soft texture that are easy to cut to desired size. I also use these regular sized to randomly hide around house ory cut in half. Our Boxer seems to love the taste as she devours them and wants to keep on playing for seconds, thirds, etc. At this price, flexibility in uses/cutting, etc. I definitely recommend to give them a try.
