I used to purchase the Smashbox eyeliner equilivalent. It looks just as good, works just as good, stays on all day without smudging, and is a fraction of the cost!

Comparable to Smashbox-I see no difference. Love that it always sharpen itself when you push out more. Why pay more for the name Smashbox? Stays on most of the day just depends on what you are doing—I’m mostly outdoors.
AJHammer –
Goes on smoothly and stays put. My eyes are sensitive and I have not had any reaction or irritation with this product. Some reviewers complain that the quantity is small, but this liner is NOT meant to “dial up” like some, and since it stays on well and I never have to reapply, it still lasts a few months. It is important not to let it get too hot (don’t leave it in a car, etc) because if it breaks off I doubt you can salvage it. Goes on in a smooth crisp line, but I can soften the line a bit with a foam eyeshadow applicator. Once set, it won’t budge. Sharpener is in the cap…just let it do the work and don’t mess with it! Sounds like some reviewers are dissecting the pen to see how it works and then they complain it doesn’t work…leave it alone and it works great.

This goes on very smoothly and works very well. But I don’t particularly like using white on the bottom rim of my eye. Maybe it’s because I’m 66. I thought it would make me look younger but it did. And makemy eyes appear more awake and open up my eyes better. I still give it five stars because it was very good and works really well and goes on smooth

Marcell is a great brand. i’ve tried many products in this brand have been impressed with the quality. I bought the brown eyeliner for my honeymoon. It is truly waterproof and smudge proof! Very smooth to apply! This product has screw on cap which is very nice. I have lost many eyeliner caps with traveling or the cap comes off and the eyeliner smudges all over my makeup bag. The screw on cap is a nice touch.

This eyeliner is the reason I started purchasing other items from Marcelle. I love how smoothly it goes on, the fact that I can click it in the opposite direction once each morning and end up with a nicely sharpened tip, and that it doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes if I rub it and end up getting a little in them. I’ve also used the black (just as great) and their CC cream is my base every day and has improved my overall skin appearance. I can say that I’m a Marcelle wearer for life and it started with this eyeliner.

My favorite eyeliner, I use it everyday on my upper and lower waterlines. It doesn’t smudge/run which I love, and it really does a great job at outlining my eyes. Only con is sometimes I have to reapply it to the lower waterline but I’m not amazing at makeup so that might be why. This is the only kohl eyeliner I’ve used that doesn’t run!

Usually I use a similar item made by smash box. But amazon doesn’t carry it, and I had run out of eyeliner so I decided to give this a shot. Not only does it work as well as the smash box product I usually use, but it’s almost $10 cheaper as well. I’ll definitely be getting this from now on
