JAM –
It’s hard to believe that a speaker that costs $200 is this good.

The media could not be loaded. La apariencia es moderna, se ven bonitos aún siendo todo negros, no tienen la marca visible pero no hace falta. El sonido al principio cansaba pero con una horas de dejarlos sonar ya eso va cambiando.

The sound is quite good for the price, love the color. You can’t go wrong buying these.

I recently jumped back in to the hobby after several years away (kids!) and have owned many a pair of great speakers over the years. I started with a pair of well reviewed speakers from another brand but couldn’t stand the V shaped EQ and splashy highs so I went hunting again. I ran across glowing reviews for these and decided to give it a go and WOW. These are smooth in the highs with very balanced mids and pinpoint imaging. Bass is great for the size and supplemented by a sub for my setup. Best sub $200 speaker I have heard.
Sawcy333 –
I’m using these speakers as a Stereo setup hooked up to a turntable. Highs are crisp and mids have good body to them. Bass is where it gets “meh”. By no means is the bass response bad, it’s just nowhere near as good as everything else. If you are going to use this with a 2.1 setup you are good. If you just want a 2.0 setup and ARE a basshead or listen to music that is “bass heavy” you might want to look elsewhere

For the price, these are terrific. Decent bass, excellent midrange and highs. Reasonable efficiency and power handling. Easily fills a small to moderate size room with very good sound. A very good deal.

EDIT: After using these for a few weeks and letting them break in, I can say with confidence that they definitely punch well above their weight. They beat the Q Acoustics handily and give KEF 350s a run for their money. The KEFs maybe have a slightly better soundstage, but these Kantos have a more balanced sound all around.I was looking for some cheaper passive speakers for my office. These ones fit the bill: good size, good company, look great. These aren’t blowing anyone away, but they do sound great for their price range: I feel like they sound better than the KEF Q150s I tried and about on par with KEF Q350s. They have a similar character to those, but they are only $199 for a set. They also sound better to me than the Q Acoustic 3020i set I used to have.My biggest criticism is that they can be a tad tiring at first and a little muddy in the mid-upper range. But with some breaking in, they start to open up really nicely.Overall, maybe the best passive speakers for this price. Most users won’t notice a major difference between these and $1500 KEF speakers, and they look super nice. Are they giant killers or going to make high-end audiophiles happy? Probably not. Are they great for music lovers and people who want rock-solid workhorse speakers? Yep, absolutely.Pair these with a decent cheap amp like the Loxjie and you have a super great entry level sound system.
Jack –
These are well rounded speakers that are pleasant to listen to. No noticeable faults. They do not go as low as some heavy hitters, but bass is clear and competent. Overall sound as large as other good 5.25 inch woofer speakers, and excellent for their size.
Youngbin Park –
The design is great! and the sound is as good! nice and clear sounding with a really nice build quality
Stephanie Norman –
Amazing sound, will not be disappointed. We bought several different sound bars and returned because the rich sound was not there. Also bought the Sony phonograph ps-lx310 bt another great purchase we paired these speakers along with our TV and DVD/cd.
