   I bought another one on here and returned it because it was so loud, much louder than our dishwasher! This one produces beautiful bullet ice cubes that are NOT sopping wet and it does it quickly and quietly.

   I have pics and I was eating a 20lb bag of store bought ice every week. My husband suggested we buy an ice maker machine. I chose this one and, Boy am I glad I did. I love this machine! The ice comes out frosted and soft . Just the way I love to eat my ice. I use my PUR Walter filter that is attached to our sink in the kitchen. The ice makes enough to keep up with my ice chewing too. I will usually eat 10 glasses a day. 16 oz solo cup. I recommend this ice maker machine to anyone wanting a nice ice machine. It is also not loud which we appreciate too.

   This ice maker is fantastic! It makes such crunchy ice! It’s fast and not very noisy! And if the ice starts to melt, it just reuses that water to make new ice! It’s also not very large so it doesn’t take up a lot of space! 10/10 would recommend.

   Goodbye ice cube trays and hello convenience. I don’t have a refrigerator with an ice maker so we always has trays of ice taking up space. Now we use the which works great in 7 minutes you get your first batch of ice. It is simple to use just add water turn it on choose ice size and your done. We do bag the ice so ours doesn’t run all day but we fill a few bags and that lasts us days. The cubes are a nice size and when storing make sure you move them around bcs they aren’t frozen solid so they will clump together. I love this machine it doesn’t take up much counter space. We’ve had it almost 2 months so far so good.

   There are undoubtedly cheaper ice machines on the market, but I consider this one well worth the total $160 or so that I spent on it.I’m physically disabled and living in an assisted-living facility where the aides are stretched very thin. I hate to ask them for little niceties like a cup of ice, and now that I have my neat little ice machine there’s no need to ask anyone for ice, whenever I want it.The on-site maintenance guy was able to get my ice machine set up and working in literally minutes, and within a quarter of an hour I had my first batch of ice. I chose the “small” setting, which results in little hollow “bullets” of ice, per the product photo.The ice machine does make some noise, but I find it fairly easy to ignore, even at night. The ice machine does need to have water added to its tank occasionally, but that’s very easy to do, and I’ve only had to add water twice this past five days.This little ice machine was a great purchase!

   I love this ice maker, the small size setting is my favorite. The small size are perfect fir the blender.Easy set-up and no issue with the flavor, I do use filter water to make the ice.The fan was a bit loud but I moved it away from a cabinet and it made a big difference.

   Very easy to use, just follow instructions. Has small hum but not annoying, Makes ice fast. Ice is perfect for me, but too soft for others, works well as described. Use filtered water and the ice tastes great. Do not use tap water. Thank you

    We’ve been in the market for a while onto which ice machine maker we would buy. We finally decided to invest in one for our trailer that met our needs. My husband wanted an ice machine maker that had a quick turnaround. So we chose that Antarctic star portable automatic ice maker. My husband was really excited to open the Box when it arrived. Upon opening the Box we were happy with the size of the machine. We found it to fit perfectly on our camping trailer counter. But what has made us most happy with the Antarctic star is that you can enjoy ice within 6 minutes from pressing the start button. I was surprised and happy with how large the ice basket is, it can sure hold a lot. I am able to feel a large freezer baggie with one water serving to the machine. The one thing I love the most is how easy it is to use. With a push of the button ,I am able to select between smalle ice cubes and large ice cubes. There is also a light indicator to tell me when the ice basket is full and when the water level is low. Overall I love this machine and I give it a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who wants ice while camping or at home. It’s going to make our summer a little cooler.
