    Excellent suction on this phone holder. My husband needed this phone holder for his job and the telescoping arm is fabulous as well as the way it releases with one hand! The suction cup is super strong. We recently bought a new car and had to transfer this phone holder and releasing the suction cup was slightly hard and it adhered to the new dashboard easily and strongly.

    Updated review: seller sent me a new product. Have not used it yet as I had already bought another one. Seller has great communication and customer service. Will update again once I use the product again. Do not buy. Bought this on December 27th and yesterday it just snapped into 3 pieces! I noticed about a month ago when the phone was in the holder it wouldn’t stay upright. The ball/socket was loose and there’s no way to tighten it. Then it just eventually snapped in 3 pieces when I went to put my phone in it. Very disappointing. Waste of money. I like for things to last longer than 5 months… I have no idea how they advertise “Military Grade”.

    I have tried almost all sorts of Cellphone holders for the car, dash mount, wind shield mount, vent mount, magnetic and also CD rack mount. Everything in the beginning serves the purpose and eventually wear out or loosen the grip or come off or broke etc. This one looks sturdy at the suction and extra livers to extend. Especially when dash mounted and yet you want to reach out the phone the extra projection helps a lot. What an idea. This can also be used as windshield mount or air vent mount but for my needs I used on dash and placed in an angle of convenience. So far its holding up well. Only exception is heavy phones, when you drop them into the slot from top because of the weight the tilt angle comes down slightly to avoid this you have to place the phone gently. May be I did not tighten enough or it is intended to do so, not sure. Other than that slight inconvenience I am very pleased with this product and totally liking it.

    I’ve had several magnetic mounts, suction mounts, and air vent mounts. For one reason or another, they usually failed. The best was a magnetic one that clipped onto the vent, but when upgrading to a wireless charging phone, that no longer worked. I liked this mount because it gave me options. The suction is really strong and the adjustable arm is great, but I don’t like using a suction mount, personally. The vent mount, however, I really liked. The best part of this particular mount is the “wings” that support the mount against the vent and the adjustable clip. My other mounts wiggled around and swayed during turns. This one is well supported, had good grip and releases easily. Definitely a keeper!

    UPDATE1/27/22: well…in the end….it didn’t last through one California summer. If you don’t live in CA or AZ, I’d definitely recommend. It WAS the best I’d tried. Just not Cali ready.I’ve had bad luck with car phone holders in the past…however I’m thinking this ball joint set up is going to handle the long haul! Sturdy and holds my big clunky phone (which I love) well. Can easily expand or retract for smaller or larger phones as well. Holds a lot of weight.

    This is the car phone holder I was looking for since long time. It’s very easy to put phone onto it and to release. I do food delivery and it’s very important for me.Interesting thing is that it comes with 2 way of attaching equipment. I is to the air vent and another is adhesive, either you can attach it to dash or to the windshield.This is amazing product, and Undoubtedly it seems very durable.

    I am absolutely thrilled with the Humixx mobile phone holder!I needed a new one after breaking my current one. In my old phone mount the brackets grip the cell phone under the weight of the cell phone -> The cell phone is inserted and presses a spring down so that the gripping arms close. But the technology doesn’t work anymore eitherHere you have a different technique. The holder’s arms are released by pressing one or both buttons. This will automatically open them very slowly. The cell phone can now be put in and the arms closed by squeezing them. One notices that a mechanism is at work here – similar to the belly mount in a roller coaster – it actually locks into place. When you squeeze it, you can hear how small teeth jam and fix the mobile phone in a very stable manner.The foot on which the cell phone rests is therefore not relevant for a fixation.The opening is very easy by pressing the buttons – the arms loosen and the cell phone can be removed.In addition, the arms and feet are padded with rubber so that no damage to the cell phone occurs.For me the bracket is great, full 5 stars and an absolute recommendation!

    Installed it on my minivan to hold my Pixel 4 phone and installation took about 5 minutes. I used the suction on side of panel next to vehicle display.So far seems to be holding up. Quality of the holder is better than others. Push button to have it automatically open up and you close it to make it tight. I like this better than spring version.Material is sturdy and able to rotate it to fit my viewing angle.Did not use the adhesive nor the vent holder.

    I have a Samsung S21 Ultra with a thick case that has a pen attached. It also has a pop socket on the back. I have tried 4 different types of phone holders and none worked. The first three came unattached due to weight of the phone, and the last one the screws came out. I wasn’t certain if a phone holder even existed that would work for my phone… until I found this one. I have been using it for a week now in humid July Alabama heat. Not only has the suction remained strong, the holder does not move when I hit pot holes. The phone remains secure.It is also open at the bottom so I can use my charger while in the holder.The only con I can offer is that it is a little difficult to get to the on/off button on the side of the phone – 1/2 of the button is covered, but it is a very mild inconvenience. I can still use the button.I love this phone holder.

    I previouslyhad reviewed this product and had given this statement “The suction power is very inadequate, and in no way lives up to the description.” But in fact am here to review the product after learning that it was infact not a fault of the suction cup that I was having issues with, but rather the residuals of wax left behind on my dashboard.I think it would be an added helpful step if they would include 1 small alcohol wipe in the kit to throughly remove wax that may be left behind that many other cleaners don’t remove.After cleaning the area of dash “With alcohol wipe.” that the cup was going to be placed on, letting it dry throughly, the phone holder will not come loose.It has been enlightening to finally figure this out, and can’t say enough about their customer service and the help Belinda was able to give me in resolving this problem.If I could give this young lady a 10 star review for her customer skills I certainly would. I would recommend to her superiors that she be given the praises she is in such deserving of…Thank you Humixx!
