   This review is for the 8 packs purchased directly from Amazon Services LLC. I spoke with Frontline manufacturer support staff today. They confirmed that ASLLC is an authorized retailer that they supply directly. They also confirmed that the blister packaging for 8 units, delivered in 2-4 pack blister packs, will NOT have notches between each applicator. This has been listed by some as indicating a fake product, but not for the 8 pack units. You can buy Frontline Plus from Amazon Services LLC with confidence.

   We have long hair dogs, and have used this quality product for years. In our region, ticks and fleas are common.Both are seriously dangerous to an animal’s health. With enough fleas, dogs have been known to become anemic anddie due to blood loss. This means moving the hair on your dogor cat’s neck for direct application. To pour the fluid on the hair is to waste the medicine. Your dog or cat will not be protected. The medicine works by being absorbed into the skin; where it spreads throughout the body, killing both ticks and fleas AND their eggs.Find both your pet’s front elbows – and trace a direct line up to their neck. Part the hair until you reach the bare skin.Pour the medicine directly onto the skin.    This fixed the flea problem my small dog developed when the temperatures started to drop. After just a day i could see the relief she got from not itching. I tried cheaper ones before and noticed she was laying around and almost looked sick. This dod not happen with this brand. I will not buy another brand again. Also if your curious how this flea medication works it soaks into your dogs skin and then get absorbed into the body. Once this occurs the dog naturally gets rid of the medication though its oil glads and this in turn coats the individual hairs. It takes about 30 days for the dogs body to expel the medication naturally through the oil glands. This makes eggs not hatch and kills adult fleas.

   I just switched over from pricer vet brands and I am happy to report that despite my dogs jumping in creeks and running through the woods in western N.C. for almost a month and no fleas or ticks spotted so far. In fact, it was ME that got bit by two ticks. One one my shoulder and one in by belly button! So very traumatic.. especially since I’ve lived by the beach all my adult life…and now, after being outside, I always and especially, check my belly button….Also, my dogs did not seem to find the solution irritating on thier skin or display any other adverse reactions. Seems to be a great brand!

   I use FRONTLINE PLUS or FRONTLINE PLUS GOLD year-round. My precious “Hinder” Dog (instead of HELPER DOG) deserves the best. She is always Flea and Tic FREE! I am Disabled and can’t chase her like I used to for baths and flea checks all the time. FRONTLINE PLUS and FRONTLINE PLUS GOLD guarantees that I don’t have too! ❤️🐾🐾🐾

   I wanted to get away from ingestible flea and tick control because my dogs have sensitive tummies. This is easy to use and seems to work. It’s been two months and I haven’t found a single pest on either dog. We live near the woods and they play outside frequently, so if it didn’t work I’d know by now.

   I have bought Frontline Plus for a number of years. It’s always a great product to protect your dogs from fleas, ticks, lice of any kind, larva, eggs, and more. It has always given me the peace of mind I want in flea and tick protection for our pets. The package can be just a little bit tricky opening without damaging the encapsulated liquid, but I’ve always been able to do it, by taking my time. It’s easy to use just part your pet’s fur at the shoulder blade line and squeeze directly on to the skin. This is important so that your pet cannot reach it to be able to lick the medication. I know I shouldn’t have to say this, but of course, this is for external use on the pet’s skin, never in their mouth.It’s often hard to tell when you’re buying online if the product is the real deal. I find this price is better than the stores and it is indeed the real deal. I’ve used it many times and I’ve now used it 6 months ordering from here. I am very satisfied and have set up every 3-month auto-deliveries. This also makes it a non-thought for me anymore. it will always be here before we run out. You can order a 3 month supply or a 6 month supply packages. If you just want to knock a whole year out at once you may order 2 -6 months supplies at once. Again auto-delivery is a great option.

   Not sure why others have posted negative reviews but the box of Frontline I received worked great for my dogs. I don’t have a lot of issues with fleas so I don’t use this every month, more of a spot treatment in my house. I live in southeast FL where it’s hot and humid and it’s always flea season. The minute I see them scratching more than usual or find a flea on them, my cat or my rabbits I immediately treat the whole group of them. Recently I found a flea on my indoor only rabbit and the only source would be my dogs that had recently been at a dog park. I treated both dos and my cat and haven’t seen a flea since. You can’t really treat a bunny safely without expensive rx’s so I chose to treat the most likely source. This does leave a slightly greasy area where you apply it. No ill effects that I’ve noticed. I purchase a 6pk once or twice a year and have used it for years… it’s on my subscribe n save so always the same seller.

   Way back, you used to need a prescription, then it was over the counter yet still pricey. Well on Amazon you can get flea and tick protection much cheaper. However if you have long haired dogs such as German Shepherds, Huskies, etc topical flea treatments may not work well for you. I use this on my Jack Russells and haven’t seen a single flea or tick and been using it for years. When I used it on my Huskies though I don’t think it was able to get down to the skin well and I still saw fleas/ticks, so I use Trifexis for them, an oral flea preventative. I’ll keep buying this from Amazon. It is definitely the real product, no knock off or imitation. Looks exactly the same as when I buy it at the vet’s office.

    Frontline Plus Flea and Tick Treatment for Dogs is an effective topical flea and tick treatment that will keep your dog pest free. My spoiled indoor Papillon normally doesn’t have issues with fleas, but recently picked up a few when he was staying at a relative’s house while we were on vacation. Despite a thorough flea shampoo, washing his bedding completely, and vacuuming of the entire house, there still seemed to be lingering fleas, most likely hatched from eggs that may have dropped on the carpet. The Frontline Plus Treatment helped break the flea cycle and we haven’t had any issues with stray fleas lingers around our dog or house. The treatment did not irritate my dog’s skin at all, and he hasn’t had any adverse reactions after licking himself. It’s an effective flea treatment that I would purchase again.
