   We had the best cat. Never woke anyone up for breakfast, never pushed things off countertops, never went outside the box. Well, he still never goes outside the box. But he wakes me up every morning at 6am for these things. He’ll tear the kitchen inside out to get to them and pushes the whole tin out of the pantry to try to get it open. If you have a nice storage spot – maybe an airtight vault or in-ground safe – you might be able to keep them safe there. I’ll add that he somehow got the vet on his side — she says these are good for him and we shouldn’t worry about feeding them to him (his weight is perfect and always has been). So I’m not sure how I feel about them, but Ozzy gives two paws up.

   The vet says she can tell the difference in the healthiness of the cats’ gums after using these for a few months. This product is expensive, but it makes their breath tolerable, and they could save you an expensive tooth extraction down the line unless you are manually brushing their teeth like clockwork. The cats love them and gobble them up like treats. Recommended – your nose will thank you.

   I have two cats, a 13 year old boy and a year old girl. They are incredibly sweet, however these treats have turned them into monsters. If the clock strikes 8PM and they have not received their daily tax of two greenies each they will riot. My eldest boy begins to circle through his tricks like the good boy he is while my youngest begins to play in her ‘sandbox’ litter. It’s sheer insanity, however these treats have been working like a charm. The smell isn’t too intense and they have definitely been helping keep their teeth clean. Cannot recommend enough.

   I saw these in the store one day and I grabbed a bag for my cats to try out. I felt like a guilty cat mom cause I never buy treats for them, and the dog always gets treats. Wow did my cats go crazy for them! They went through the bag within 2 days. So I came to Amazon and found this bigger size for a few more dollars than the bag at the store, but I thought it was worth it since they love them so much. I give them to them each night when we head into the bedroom for the night and they KNOW. they start meowing as soon as I start heading towards the bedroom. They eat them up so fast! definitely worth the purchase!

   I am happy to have found a new treat for my daughter’s cat. Her cat has been having some dental issues and then I found these actually were recommended. Her cats love these in fact she has to hide them because he will actually try and get up on areas to get them or knock them down to open them. I love that they are Natural, Catnip Flavor and are also Dental Treats that also clean teeth and freshen the breath.These Greenies Treats clean teeth and also freshen the cat’s breath, and they have no artificial flavors, preservatives, or fillers. Another great thing about these treats is the fact that they are less than two calories per treat. These are made with natural ingredients plus have added vitamins and minerals. I highly recommend these and I will keep purchasing them as long as they have them because now I have them added on subscribe and save. I cannot find anything that I dislike about these treats so far.

   I got these for my adopted abandoned/feral cat, based on multiple recommendations from some folks who have been using them for their cats, and my cat not only loves crunching on them as treats, they’re helping to keep her teeth clean, and hopefully avoid expensive veterinary visits for cleanings. Although my cat is ‘immune’ to catnip, as some cats are, she still loves the flavor. She had some tartar issues on her molars, and her breath was less-than-desirable, but within a week’s use the odor is gone, and when I snuck a photo during a big wide yawn, I could see that her gumline was cleaned up. The portion in the bag is sizable, and probably perfect so they don’t go stale before they run out. I’m happy giving her these treats, and hearing the audible “crrrunch” as she enjoys them. These are a winner, and I appreciate the fact that they’re more natural than others I browsed.

   I got two of the most picky eater cats in the world. One minute they like one thing and the next they don’t like it. Greenies has been their favorite for a year now. They go nuts for it. My cat Bruce will knock it over off the counter in hopes that the container it’s in breaks open. Both cats will go to the pantry that I usually keep it in and they will meow at the door or play with the metal spring door stopper. They’ve never done that before with any food or treats. It helps with thier bad breath and it helps in training them. I would recommend this product to anyone. It’ll be the best thing you’ll ever buy for your fur baby. Any flavor will do. They like them all.

   If you want to have your cat pull you to the location of these things daily then get them. The best part of this other than the ritualistic needs of your cat is that after getting these the $1200 cat brushing process that our vet said we needed was strangely gone…although they seem rather miffed that we didn’t give them the $1200 and some random stranger apparently to get this done.So if your vet tells you that you need to pay the booku bucks to brush your cat’s teeth run these for a month or two…however realize that you can never stop. Your cat will haunt your dreams at night if you stop getting these.

   The new packaging is flimsy; especially the lid, which adheres poorly/loosens/falls off too easily. Used to come in a nice, stout jar, with a screw-on lid (of which, fortunately, I happened to have retained several of the empty ones). So I just pour some of the new treats from the new, crappy container, into an old, stout container. If you’ve opened one of these new containers, and your cat rubs against/knocks it off the shelf, and onto the floor… expect the treats to be spread all over said floor! Not so, w/the old jars. I also used dbl-stk tape to adhere an old lid upside down onto another old lid (i.e., back-to-back). This way, I unscrew the b-to-b lid assembly, pour some treats into/onto the up-facing lid, screw the entire assembly back on the jar, and set it on the floor. Not only is it a convenient way for me to quickly dish out some treats, but it also provides a feeder for my two cats at convenient height for them to eat out of/off of; that isn’t the floor, itself. I already reviewed these treats for the older-sourced jar(s) mentioned above, so I’ll just also mention again that the dental form of these treats are quite effective in preventing feline halitosis (like with my younger cat), or ameliorating into oblivion the halitosis of an older cat (6 1/2 years old, but five when I started serving the dental treats). Took a few months to note improvement, but it remained steady, after that; until the halitosis was/has been entirely eliminated. Takes a while, but this stuff works. Highly recommended! Despite the cheapening of the packaging. :-)

    I’ve been faithfully feeding my 9 year old kitty these since she was a kitten, and her vet says her teeth look great and that she doesn’t even need a teeth cleaning yet. No tooth decay and her breath smells great. I give her 6 with breakfast and another 6 with dinner. I am lucky that she actually chews them and therefore gets the cleaning benefit, so you might want to start with a smaller bag to see if your kitty will chew them or just swallow them whole. Though my 12 year old kitty who only had three teeth when I adopted her last year still enjoys them as a treat!
