The previous 8 I have, has saved me so much money and waste from buying one and done batteries. Why not have rechargeable? The tech is as good as your normal battery. I mostly use them for my Xbox controller as most things have built in (soldered in to ‘save weight and space). I can go a few days of game play with a pair without needing to recharge or swap out. My first pair I have had since 2013 and have only had to be recycled the last month because I accidentally left them out in the sun, otherwise their charge was still good.

RE: Duracell – Rechargeable AA Batteries – long lasting, all-purpose Double A battery for household and business – 4 countThe batteries I received here are 2500mAh. I used them to replace the two 6-year-old 1900mAh eneloops in my Logitech Wireless K800 Keyboard. Nearly a week on and my keyboard is still showing fully charged which is better than I can say for the previous batteries which were down to requiring a re-charge every 3-4 days. So yeah, I think I’d recommend these. I expect these will last a long time. And yes, these did not require a separate battery charger to charge them. They charged up while inside my keyboard using a micro USB to USB cable.

What can I say about a rechargeable battery? It does what it is supposed to do, but one can save money by using the battery multiple times. There is one caveat I would offer. The battery doesn’t fit in all devices. I’ve found this out with Duracell and another rechargeable battery I tried. In some devices, the rechargeable battery is larger in diameter than ordinary batteries. I’ve found this to be the case in computer components. The rechargeable battery doesn’t fit because it’s larger in diameter than an ordinary battery. Buy the smallest number of batteries one can. Please don’t forget the charger when or if you buy the batteries. The batteries fit fine in my toothbrush and other items I’ve installed the batteries. I’m not sure of the remote control.

These batteries last really long especially in the faster drain devices like xbox controllers and flashlights, but don’t get the Duracell brand charger because it sucks. It will overcharge some batteries and undercharge the others because it only charges 2 at a time and won’t work for devices that take 3 batteries. Power owl has a good really cheap charger that I like that charges individually and is really cheap (like under $10)

Because of both customer and professional reviews, I bought several sets of Eneloop AA rechargeables before finally giving up. My original primary use was for my Canon Speedlight 430EX-III flash for my DSLR camera. The Eneloops (both the high-capacity 2550mAh Black and the regular 2100 mAh White) simply just are unusable effectively with my flash. When I first turn on the flash, it takes several seconds before the flash is ready. Then again after each picture it takes anywhere from 5-15 seconds to recycle so that the flash is ready for another picture. Simply unacceptable. I kept thinking maybe I’d just gotten a bad set because my experience was very different from other reviewers but I have 16 of the regulars and 8 of the high-capacitys and no luck. I tried the Duracells and there is a MASSIVE difference. The flash is ready for use in milliseconds rather than seconds, and between each picture the same. I can take several simultaneous pictures one after another and the flash keeps up – not as fast as the camera but definitely more than 1-2 pictures per second. Since then I have started using them in other devices as well and have seen similar behavior with the Duracells being far more powerful than the Eneloops. I seem to be in the minority on having bad luck with Eneloops but wanted to pass this along in case anyone else has the same experience so they won’t keep buying them like I did.

This batteries are amazing for Xbox One controller use. They last for many hours each charge, bought this new set because two of my older ones stopped charging around four years of use. Seem to be a little hard to find in stores, grab now before they disposer for a while.

UPDATE: I used these batteries again and I fully charge them and they lasted for more than I need them for. I still don’t know how much they would last non-stop but I like that they actually work and they were not defective. Now on, I will charge them before I use them for my camera flash. The only thing that concerns me is the fact that if they batteries didn’t actually work, that amazon or duracel wouldn’t do anything about it, so i guess they don’t care about bad reviews. Anyway, that’s it bye.FIRST REVIEWMy return window for returning these items close before i could finally use them. I used them for my flash for my camera since i shoot weddings. The batteries died before the first hour was done. I have used Rayovac before and they have last me two full 5-hour events. These died before the first hour was over. I switch them with the second pair of four batteries and they also lasted around one hour and a half. I am truly disappointed with these batteries. I will try to recharge them one more time and use them one more time. (Note: I did charge them to full capacity all 8 batteries of these batteries and they all didn’t last one full event) I switched to these i didn’t wanted to keep buying disposable batteries. I am truly disappointed.

I don’t know how to review batteries I haven’t used yet. I needed to get some button type batteries and while shopping for them, saw an “You need this also” thing and remembered I needed to replace some OLD AA rechargeable batteries. So, while I was at it, I got these batteries. They were about 30% charged when I got them so I had to charge them for about 6 hours. Then I swapped out the old ones for the new ones and that was about a week ago. So far so good. By the way, why do I get notified to review an item I just bought? I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. Give me a couple weeks before you start hound me momazon. If it turns out these don’t work well AFTER I’ve had a chance to use them, I’ll update the review…

I have found these batteries to perform well with semi-pro and pro wireless units on stage. We’re using a mix of low end professional AT digital wireless bodypack transmitters and semi-pro Audio 2000 in-ear bodypack receivers with excellent results. We had trouble with other brands (such as the A* basics) because the in-ear receivers seem to be optimized for alkalines, but the Duracells have been working well. The AT transmitters work well, to be fair, with the ‘other brands.’I’ll be using these going forward.
