    I have MS and the first thing it hits is your bladder so I needed something. I was a tad worried after reading the reviews and seeing how thin the pads were. After seeing a commercial for these pads, I decided to give them a try and so happy I did. They’re thin when you don’t need them to be thick and will hold the moisture and swell to three times their thickness. These are the best and I feel very confident wearing them. Way better then any other pad I’ve tried.

    I thought I’d try these because I was getting dissatisfied with the Poise and Tena pads. I did worry about them holding a “gusher” because they are so thin. That’s what it feels like when I wake up from sleeping 2-4 hours and have to go but can’t hold it till I get to the bathroom! I had such an episode just an hour ago and thought, ‘oh no, now I’ll have to change because it’s going to overflow!’ NOPE! Not even a drop! All I changed is the pad!They are AMAZING!!! The best pad I’ve ever worn! Amazing leak protection and absorbancy in such a thin pad! I love the extra long length and the fact that they have great adhesion. They don’t shift at all and no bunching! I’m switching to these Always pads and just set up a subscribe and save!

    I have used poise pads for years, and I like these much better. I have MS and us MS sufferers have incontinence problems. With MS, your muscles are not strong enough to hold in your urine, so when I have to go, it’s usually too late to make it to the bathroom. So I leak. Yes, it’s horrible and embarrassing, but you learn to live with it. With other pads, if the leak was a lot, it would spill over the sides of the pad and wet my pants and underwear. I never go anywhere without a bag with clean underwear, a pad, and a pair of leggings for a quick change. So a pad that does not leak is important. These are super long and absorbent without being heavy. I will be using these from now on and they are less expensive than some of the name brands.

    They told me that there would be times after my double mastectomy I might have trouble getting out of bed to make it to the toilet in time in the night. Well, it did happen a time or two after surgery and I was amazed that it not only absorbed but it never felt even slightly wet! Now I will know what to do, and what to buy when the time comes in my life when my age causes ‘leaks’. This feels like it is not even there, absorbs beautifully and made me feel secure and not anxious! It’s nice on such a difficult journey to learn some great tidbits that will help you later, too. I highly recommend.

    Pretty Fair –

    I used Poise before. The smaller pads are good however as I got worse the larger pads felt more uncomfortable, Iike a díaper.I changed to this product and I was so impressed by how thin it was. I have no issues with leaking on the sides. The pads are amazingly absorbent for how thin they are.I usually get the xtra long for more coverage but sometimes it’s not available and they do just fine.The pads stay in place until removed. Can exercise, sleep, etc… doesn’t move.I also love the bags they are in. .,,great for disposing the pads too.

    I had purchased these to use when I was pregnant and taking vaginal progesterone suppositories.I had tried poise, regular pads, panty liners and nothing seemed to actually absorb when the suppositories would leak out.These honestly did. They aren’t super bulky where it was obvious I was wearing something. They adhered well and didn’t move/shift.I ended up also needing them a few months later when I suffered a miscarriage. They worked amazing for the bleeding as well. No odors escaped and kept me as “dry” as possible ( dare I say even better than my normal overnight heavy flow pads).I’d definitely repurchase and I probably will once the need arises for them again.

    This is my favorite brand of incontinence pads. Very comfortable. Don’t need a huge pad to get good protection. And: hats off to Amazon! I can’t find this product in the stores I usually shop in ~ but Amazon always carries it. Thanks!

    I like the product, ordered and it was delivered promptly. However they are a bit long, I cut them in half or they would come to my belly botton and half way up my back.🤣 They work fine cut in half and last twice as long. Works for me. Will order again.

    I was very much impressed with these pads. They are very thin and I didn’t think they could be too absorbent but I was pleasantly surprised at how absorbent they are and I didn’t have to worry about leakage
