    I have a bad habit of spending too much money on high end speakers.My wife and I just got a new place and she would not allow the large surround speakers any more so this was the compromise. I was not thrilled because I expected them to be garbage.What a pleasant surprise. They sound fantastic! Perfect for surround speakers. Very compact and small with a big sound. Super impressed!

    First off these little speakers work Great!! Suprising sound..I have them in my 5.2.1 Dolby Atmos set up..works great with DTS-X 7.1 crisp sound effects. And can handle my Onkyo 656 power..no problem. Great buy..and im picky! If they had a tweeter they would be outstanding

    I bought these speakers to use as surround speakers in place of the satellite speakers that came with my original 5.1 speaker system so I could use those as front height presence speakers with my Dolby Atmos AV receiver. Running the test tone from the receiver, they seem to have close enough sound quality to the satellites, and they seem to sound just fine for the purpose after a test screening of the opening scene of Star Wars Ep 6: Revenge of the Sith. I also tested them with just playing music through them, and they sounded very clear without any distortion, but since they are new, I did not crank them as I want to give them time to break in. For the price, they are a great value. They are also small and unobtrusive unlike black or dark gray speakers.I only have two issues with this package, neither of which are readily apparent from the provided pictures nor impact the performance of the speakers or quality of the sound.:1) The speakers do not use a standard 1/4″ threaded mount. Instead, they have a T-channel that slides onto the included wall mount. If the included wall mount fails for some reason, you can’t just buy a standard mount to replace it. The included wall mount is made of a flexible plastic, and its durability will only bear itself out over time. I fail to understand why they would not use the industry standard mount. I doubt it’s that significant a cost savings, and I would have gladly paid a little more to have it.2) Despite the hemispherical appearance, the mounts do not pivot so you can adjust the direction the speakers face. You can’t even rotate them. It’s a curious design choice, especially there are two parts, but it’s not really necessary in order to mount the speaker. I can only guess that the screw is in there to provide some flexural strength.Despite these issues, I still think it’s worthy of 5 stars overall.

    This is the second pair that I have baught of the these speakers. They are awesome little speakers for the price. I have one pair on the patio and the other pair is used for front presence speakers on my theater system. If I ever need a 3rd pair I wouldn’t even shop around, I would just by these.

    I bought two of these just to be sure I wanted to use them on my whole setup. I’ve got them installed with my nice Pioneer 7.1 system, and everything I’ve played sounds fantastic on them. As long as you have a nice center channel and good sub, these will be perfect for any budget theater. I could be a little nitpicky on some design aspects, but honestly for how low the price is, I have no real complaints at all. I’ve ordered more of them now to complete my setup.

    I liked these Speakers SO MUCH i purchased them for ALL Of my Home Theater speakers. I have 2 of these as back Surround, 2 more as Surrounds, and 2 as Front Speakers. Thinking about getting the Center channel also( same brand and color( GET THEM YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!

    I bought these to replace a much more expensive system. All I can say is I’m happy. I use them for the front and rear speakers of a 7.1 system. I also bought the center speakers. You can’t beat the price. As others have said, the casing is less than desirable. But I’m an adult. I’m not knocking over the speakers off the shelf. And the ones that are screwed in the walls are secure. The sound is great. If you don’t have decent sound, you may need a better receiver and not speaker.
