    I live in Louisiana and have recently been through hurricane Laura. Although I live in the northern area, the eye passed right over us and the wind reached 100 mph. We don’t get these hurricanes and We were without power in some places for over a week. This product is wonderful in emergent situations. You have light, the ability to plug in a cell phone, and radio weather bands all requirements for living through a hurricane. Although I did buy it afterwards I feel secure in the fact that if there is a next time I will be better prepared. I work at a nursing home and recommended this product to administration for the staff for emergent use (they do have generators) but it would be a helpful extra tool for them. I thoroughy support this product and am glad I bought it. Thank

    I recently purchased this emergency radio/flashlight. It is much smaller than it appears in pictures so I was a bit suspicious when I opened it. As soon as I began playing with it, I realized that bigger isn’t always better.This little beauty has everything you need. The flashlight is insanely bright and the reading light is perfect for… well… reading. It has a cool solar panel in addition to the hand crank and battery. Despite my initial surprise at the size, the fact that it is small actually is a benefit. It hardly takes up any space in my emergency kit.Go ahead. Buy it. You won’t regret your decision.

    They thought of everything when they made this unit. It has a AM/FM/WB (weather band) radio to keep you informed and for lighting it has a super bright LED main light as well as a top mounted LED reading lamp. Which also houses a top mounted solar charging cell to help keep the batteries charged. And the good thing is, you don’t have to worry about having a supply of batteries to keep this unit running. It can be recharged several ways including a built-in hand crank, and a USB port to plug it in. And it can also keep your cell phone charged with a built-in USB port. There’s also a SOS button that you can push which sends out a signal that can be picked up it’s by rescue personnel. I haven’t had a chance to use the unit long-term to determine the battery life but it does have a charge status LED light to show you how much battery life you have left. I’ll update this review at a later time after I’ve had a chance to put the unit through its paces to see how long the battery lasts but once again, you can recharge it several ways such as the solar cell on top, the hand crank and the USB port to plug it in. A definite must have for your emergency kit.

    The media could not be loaded.  I love it, this is awesome! The lights are really bright, the sensor works amazing. I have difficulty hearing, but sound is great I could hear it. I’m happy with it, bought it for my emergency backpack, definitely recommended.The design, the color and size are perfect 👌.Has all the things I was looking in a radio, for any emergency, with all these things going on, we need to be prepared ;)

    This is a must have. Perfect for emergency use or even just radio during the shower. This is the ultimate radio / reading light during camping trips. I bought 2 so far & feel like more is never enough… 1 for myself &1 for my little sis. Charge your phone or just dork out to your fav stations. Definitely recommend.

    We got this for Laura but the b**** never showed! Fine with me, no one wanted her around anyway. I’m really enjoying the time I have with crank. Their music gets the party started. They shine so bright we can light up the disco ball all night. If I forget to charge my phone, crank is always there to give my battery a boost. They’re a real life saver for a Pokemon Go addict like myself. Crank gives me a great arm workout too… In the wholesome way. Until the next hurricane we’ll just be chilling by the pool. Laura isn’t invited, neither are Harvey, Katrina, Ike, or Rita. Just buy a crank of your own, they could be a lifesaver.

    I can say I am very impressed with this little jewel, the sound quality is outstanding. The flashlight is blinding bright, the reading light is perfect. The multiple ways of charging is very assuring that it will always have power no matter the circumstances. The fact it’s capable of charging my smartphone is an added bonus. Other radios I own cannot pick up half the stations that this small one can and the clarity of sound is unimaginable. This small device gives peace of mind with NOAA weather band stations as well. A very small price to pay for a little comfort, knowing that my family won’t be without light or knowledge during a disaster. I plan to buy more as gifts. The seller sent a friendly follow-up letter with a 1 year warranty as well. This is great customer support.I actually forgot it outside where I was gardening, and it got wet from a surprise shower I panicked when I found out it still works like a charm no problem. I will remove the battery and let it dry thoroughly in a bowl of rice before using it again.
