The media could not be loaded.  It’s been five days! She loves it! My dog went suddenly blind about 2 months ago (SARDS) and has been delressed, anxious, and inactive for the most part since then. Her favorite activity previously was her tennis ball, and she was the best at fetch! (That thing was better than a leash). I didn’t think I’d find anything similar in catching and sustaining her attention.I should have prefaced with…I HAVE A BLIND JACK RUSSELL TERRIER!!!! She loves this toy. I bought a host of toys “highly” recommended for blind dogs on several reputable blogs and sites. She has tinkered with a couple others:https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0002ARTY8/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00SH7489W/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1but this toy is by far her favorite, steals her attention, and no other can measure up to the happiness this one brings her.I don’t usually post reviews. I decided to today after her vet saw the video of her first playtime experience with this ball. She said, “THIS is exactly the testament to how blind dogs can have a quality of life!”I couldn’t agree more!

IT IS A FETCH TOY!As in….. you throw it…the dog brings it back..and you throw it..and well….get the gist? It’s not a “drop it and hope the dog entertains itself” toy! It’s not soft squishy plastic, it’s frim with some “give” and if a dog decides to lock down on it they will be able to tear the ball apart, possibly even get a tooth stuck in the plastic.NO way would I leave my furbabies unattended with this fetch toy.We have two doberkids who are aggressive chewers/gnawers, I knew going in this wasn’t meant to be a chew toy.I have no doubt our youngest would destroy the ball in a matter of seconds if he was left alone with it/allowed to keep it without “right on top of him” supervision. Here’s a tip:Don’t buy it unless you are going to be using it to interact with your dog! That said….WHAT A HOOT!!!!My boys are having SO MUCH fun with the balls. They come out as a “treat”.They know as soon as they hear the silly sound the ball makes it’s “fetch time” and they plop right down in front of us waiting for us toss the balls. On days they are playing “Mom loves me more” beating the day lights out of each other in the middle of the living room floor/playing “I AM THE KING OF THE COUCH”….. it is TO the yard and the silly balls.( At 87 and 93 lbs……when they roughhouse in the house it’s like two bulls in a china shop on steroids!!)20 minutes of that…and thy are both ready to crash out for a while. Our older guy wasn’t to sure he wanted to play with it the first time, the sound did freak him out just a bit. He’s a wee bit neurotic, LOL.Our youngest…HA…. holyhello on wheels…… that one.Not spooked by anything and he LOVES running with it in his mouth…or shaking it to get it to MAKE noises.Once the older one caught on to the fact the noise wasn’t gonna hurt him he was off like a rocket with his too.Best 23ish bucks I have invested in “burning off boredom energy/keeping my house from being staged cage matches of two four legged kindergartners” I have ever invested in toys for my furbabies and my sanity!!!”

The media could not be loaded.  After reading so many negative reviews due to dogs chewing and destroying it, I felt compelled to write my own. We *love* this toy. We’ve had it since before Christmas, and it’s still here, perfectly intact, even with two German Shepherds and an English Bulldog playing with it daily. The trick to it not being destroyed is to let them nose it around, but not settle in to start gnawing on it. We let them play to their heart’s content, and when they tire themselves out, we take it away for another day.Our female GSD, with her endless amounts of energy, loves it. It’s the only toy that makes her come running the second she hears it, and she will collapse from running herself out chasing it.A few things to keep in mind:-It’s heavy. It’s heavy enough that went it gets enough momentum, it will damage your walls and baseboards if if gets tossed hard enough.-It’s loud.-The faster it rolls, the more annoying (to us) and amusing (to them) the sound gets. We have cold, rainy winters in our little corner of Ohio, and my dogs aren’t water dogs. They despise water in any form, especially frozen water sprinkling down on them while they’re outside going potty. They’re out and then immediately I n the winter. To remedy this lack of activity outside, we have to resort to more activity inside. This toy takes it. This toy does it. This toy gets them going more than any other game, and we just have to sit back and watch them create their own rules with it’s.So again, I love this toy for high energy play sessions. It’s gets them moving and grooving. It’s not a chew toy, it’s not meant to be shredded, and it’s heavy. It will last if treated with care, even in a house full of teeth.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this ball for my Shih Tzu about a year ago. It is the absolute best toy I have ever bought for her. (she is six years old.) We had to show it to her and push it around for the first day or so, but once she caught on there was no stopping her. She spins it, plays “soccer“ with it, rolls it up under her In an effort to play keep away from me, and chases is it all around the room. She will go on for 15 to 20 minutes if I stay with her. She does want an audience.I read that some people have had trouble with their dogs biting the ball. It seems that they are all large dogs. I think it’s perfect for a small or middle size dog. As long as they can’t get their mouth around it. It seems that it would be a good idea for the company to make a larger ball for large dogs. As for the one I have, we absolutely love it and if anything happened to it today I would run out tomorrow and buy a brand new one. Nothing makes her happier except when daddy comes home from work. 😊

This is the most hilarious toy that I have ever purchased for my dog! He is a very destructive and powerful chewer (the most heavy duty toys are no match for him), so I have only let him play with this supervised, then it gets put away. But so far, he hasn’t really even tried to chew on it – which is crazy for him! Usually he gets a new toy and instantly tries to tear it to shreds (so Amazon has been a wallet saver vs the pet stores!!).When this first arrived, I put it on the ground and gave it a kick, and it made some weird noises. My dog gave it a weird look, and looked at me. I told him to go get it, and he ran over and gave it a swat with his paw. It made some more weird noises, which made him jump in the air like a cat – not scared, but excited! He quickly put together that when he hit the ball, it made noise, and he was playing away like a little puppy (he is 5)! He chases it, pounces on it, bats it around, grabs it and tosses it in the air, rolls it down the stairs, it’s a hoot! This is a great inside winter toy! Definitely will be getting more toys of this style!!

Best little active toy ever. This is perfect for my little 80 lb 8 month old rottweiller. He is so captivated by this ball. Kept him busy and wore him out. I’m seeing the reviews regarding the stability of this toy not being up to standards. Some people have to realize if they have a super aggressive dog, the issue may not be the product but the dog. I would recommend to all my pet owner friends. If this product only last 10 days, it will be well worth the cost and I will purchase again. Love it.

I have two golden retrievers with very different personalities. They are both loving and sweet, as golden retrievers generally are. But my male is a real snuggler and very gentle. My female is like a bird dog/hunting dog. She has caught and brought home oppossums, a bird, and a rat so far. My gentle sweet loving male is somewhat frightened by this ball. (I bought two at Christmas – one for each dog.). My male dog has zero interest in this ball. But I feel compelled to give this toy a 5 star rating because my female huntress dog absolutely ADORES this toy. It is her all time favorite toy. She treats it like a security blanket. We had a thunder storm with wild winds and she was anxious from the noise. So she went to get her wobble wag giggle ball to lay with it to comfort her. She likes to sleep with it at night and lay with it during the day. She never chews it, which is interesting because she is a big chewer and this is the first toy that she has not destroyed yet. (She’s had it for over 7 months already and we never take it away from her.). She chews giant rope toys apart and she chews rawhide bones to pieces. But she just likes to snuggle this ball and carry it around in her mouth and lay with it close to her head. She treats it like the animals that she catches. She likes to carry them in her mouth and lay with them close to her head. But she has never drawn blood from any animal that she has ever caught. (I say caught, not killed, because she is genlte and likes to carry these animals around, not eat them.). So I suspect that in her mind, this ball fulfills a retriever instinct for her. Retrievers are bred to carry animals back to the hunter undamaged. And she treats this ball that way.I hoped that both of my dogs would chase this around the house to increase their exercise. But neither of them does that with it. My male isn’t interested in it. My female absolutely adores it and just snuggles it and carries it around. But since she loves this ball like nothing I’ve ever seen, I couldn’t rate it high enough to see it give her so much joy.

Dog instantly LOVED this ball!! But he did manage to get some big teeth marks into it…so we cannot leave him to play with it unsupervised as he might eat some of it OR destroy it too quickly. This is kind of a bummer…I bought this for my dog because some one I know has it for their German Sheperd..and she also LOVES to play with it. She’s had it for awhile and there are no teeth marks in it and it has lasted…so I figured if it could stand up to a G.Shep then it would also last for my Lab mix! WRONG!! Its a FUN and SUPER TOY but it truly does depend on the dog…my dog obviously is a real strong chewer! I have no regrets in buying this AWESOMELY FUN ball and my dog can’t get enough of it! BUT word of caution…observe your dog with it before deciding if safe to play with it unsupervised… It doesn’t stand up to all dogs.

Are you a sadistic pet owner? Want to drive your dog 300% batcrap bonkers? Well have I got a product for you! Step 1 – Thank your delivery driver. Step 2 – Carefully bring box inside, steady hands, no quick or jerky movements, like playing Operation with the package. Step 3 – Put the pup outside, or in a soundproof room if you happen to have a recording studio in your back pocket. Step 4 – Open box and remove ball of panic inducing fury. Step 5 – Steadily hold said ball in hand and unleash the hound from quarantine. Step 6 – Make eye contact with hound, say nothing, drop WW3 on the floor of an open room, or outdoors, preferably on a hard surface, or some greens grade bentgrass or bermuda stimping around 12. Step 7 – Take cover. Ponder your life choices that led up to this moment. Call a lawyer. Call your mom. Remember those old videos that showed school children ducking under school desks for an inbound nuke? Yeah, do that. And of course, don’t be and idiot and let your doggo sit there and eat the darn thing. People are stupid. Don’t be that guy. Take a shot of whiskey, calm the nerves, reach into the barking teeth carousel of puppy, grab the nuke and stick it on top of the fridge.

After reading the reviews I just needed to state a couple of FACTS about this product: 1) It is NOT ment to be a chew toy; it is a toy you use to play WITH your dog. NO, do not throw the ball but ROLL it on the ground/floor, as if u were bowling. If you’re dog is trained to fetch, they will have fun trying to figure out how to ‘grab’ it & return it to u.2) PER THE INSTRUCTIONS, contained in the box, when you bring the toy out of the box act EXCITED about it !! dogs are not humans their animals; they follow your lead … They react to your emotion. With that said I have a 65 pound lab/boxer mix, heavy duty chewer, & she loves it when we play with this ball.Hope this helps your decision to buy or not to buy ……
